| 520 | |a يشهد المجتمع المصري في العصر الحالي تقدما هائلا في جميع المجالات عامة وفي مجال الإدارة وتأتي الجودة لتشمل أحد العناصر الأساسية لتحقيق هذه الميزة التنافسية ذات البعد الاستراتيجي اللازم لنجاح المنظمات إن الاهتمام بضبط الجودة في المؤسسات التعليمية نبع من النظر إلى التعليم باعتباره سلعة كغيره من السلع لابد له أن ينافس وأن يسعى إلى إرضاء مستهلكي تلك السلعة من الطلاب وتعتبر الجامعات هي المرأة الحضرية التي تعكس مدى تقدم الأمم علميا وثقافيا وحضاريا ومن خلال خبرة الباحث في مجال المناهج وطرق التدريس وبمراجعة الخطة الاستراتيجية لضمان جودة الكلية ومن بينها رؤية قسم مناهج وطرق التدريس وهى تحقيق الميزة التنافسية ومن خلال قيام الباحث بتدريس مقرر التربية لطلاب الكلية بالفرقة الثانية وبمراجعة آليات التطوير وتحديث المقررات الدراسية التي تعتمد على جودة المقررات الدراسية وفقا لمعايير الجودة التعليمية تبلورت هدف الدراسة إلى تحليل والتعرف على معايير الجودة والاعتماد لمقرر التربية وذلك من خلال التعرف على رؤية أعضاء هيئة تدريس قسم مناهج وطرق تدريس بالكلية من خلال معرفة أهم معايير جودة الدعم الحكومي وأهم المعايير المرتبطة بالقائمين على تدريس المقرر والتعرف على المعايير المرتبطة بأهداف ومحتوى المقرر واعتمد الباحث على المنهج الوصفي لملائمته لطبيعة البحث وقام الباحث اختيار عينة البحث من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بقسم مناهج وطرق التدريس وعددهم (51 عضو هيئة تدريس) بكلية التربية الرياضية للبنين بالقاهرة وتم ذلك خلال العام الجامعي 2011- 2012 واعتمد الباحث على استبيان لأعضاء هيئة التدريس واستخدم الباحث الأسلوب الإحصائي الذى يعتمد على (الوزن الترجيحي - الأهمية النسبية - كا2) وكان من أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها الباحث بالنسبة لمعايير الجودة الشاملة لمقرر التربية من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس أن تهتم إدارة الكلية بتنفيذ مبادئ الجودة داخل المقررات وأن تهتم بتوفير القاعات الدراسية اللازمة للتدريس إلى جانب أن يتناسب إعداد القائمين على التدريس مع إعداد الطلاب وأن يهتم المحاضرين بمواعيد المحاضرات والربط بين المادة العلمية والتطبيق العملي وأن يرتبط المقرر بالأهداف الموضوعة من أجلها وأن يعتمد المقرر على حداثة المعلومات وأن تغطى الامتحانات أجزاء المقرر بشكل عادل وأن يتبع المحاضرين أساليب متنوعة في الشرح وتفصيل المعلومات وأن يتعامل عضو هيئة التدريس بعدالة وبدون تحيز بين الطلاب ومن أهم التوصيات ضرورة أن تهتم إدارة كلية التربية الرياضية للبنين بالقاهرة بتطوير المكتبة وتزويدها بالدوريات العلمية وأن تهتم بالقاعات الدراسية وأن تعمل على شرح طرق التقييم بالنسبة للطلاب وضرورة الاهتمام بالامتحانات وصياغتها بشكل علمي يحقق جودة مقرر التربية. | ||
| 520 | |b The Egyptian Society is witnessing during the present time a wide advancement in all and general fields, and in the administration field, while the feasibility comes to include one of the basic elements for the realization of this competitive merit which its far strategy necessary for the success of the organizations. The concern to control the feasibility in the educational foundations has sprung from viewing the education being considered one of the goods, like any other good, that it has to compete and try to convince and content the consumers of those goods among the students. The universities consider that the Urbanized woman is the one which reflects the extent of the advance of the Nations, from the point of view of the science, culture and urbanization , and within the experience of the researcher in the programs field and the teaching methods, and when revising the strategic plan for the guaranteeing the faculty feasibility, among it the vision of the section of the syllabuses, which is the realization of the competitive merit, and within the role of the researcher of teaching the syllabus of the education for the students in the Faculty , that is in the second year grade , and with the revision of the development mechanism and the modernization of the syllabuses for the studying according to the measures of the educational feasibility , the aim of the study has been crystallized to certain analysis , and the knowledge of many feasibility measures and the authorization of the educational syllabus , and that is within knowing the vision of the Teaching Staff , the section of the syllabuses and the methods of the teaching in the Faculty , within the knowledge the most important measures of the feasibility of the Governmental support , and the most important measures that are connected with the responsible for the teaching of the syllabus , and the knowledge of the measures and ranges which are connected to goals and content of the syllabus. The researcher has depended on the descriptive syllabus , that is because of its suitability to the research nature , thus , the researcher has chosen a sample of the research from the members of the teaching staff , department of the syllabuses and the teaching methods , whose number is (51 member of the Teaching Staff ) at the Faculty of the Sports Education for males in Cairo. This has been arranged within the academic year of the university. The researcher has relied upon the Questionnaire of one for the members of the teaching staff , and the researcher used the statistical method which relies upon ( the preponderance of Weight – The proportional importance – K2). From among the most important results which the researcher has reached for the measures of the full and whole feasibility for the educational Syllabus from the point of view of the members of the Teaching Staff was that the Faculty Department must give its concern for the carrying out of the principles of the feasibility inside the syllabuses , and that it must give its concern for the availability of the studying galleries required for teaching , that is in addition to the suitability of the equipping the responsible persons for teaching with the preparation and equipping the students , and the lecturers must give their much concern about the time table of the lectures and the connection between the scientific subject and the practical application , and that the syllabus must be bound with the goals and aims that have been put for this reason , and that the syllabus has to depend upon the modernity of the information , and that the exams must cover the syllabus parts or portions according to a justifiable way , while the lecturers have to follow the various methods and ways in the illustration and explanation and the detailing of the information , while the member of the Teaching Staff has to deal according to the justice and without any prejudice or favor among the students. The most important recommendations that has to be given , is the necessity of giving suitable concern by the Department of the Faculty of Sports Education - for males - in Cairo , by the developing of the library and supplying it with the scientific Publications and Prospectuses , and must give concern to the studying halls or galleries , and must try hard to illustrate and explain the evaluative methods for the students , and the necessity of giving concern for the examinations and their forming or mould, according to a scientific method which realizes the feasibility of the educational syllabus. | ||
