520 |a ارتبطت آيات الأحكام بمجال التفسير الفقهي وغلب عليها مقارنة بعناية دارسي البلاغة لها؛ فقد كانت ميداناً لاستنباط الأحكام وتقريرها، ولم تخل تفاسير الفقهاء من تنبيهات على بلاغة لغتها ودقائق تراكيبها وبراعة ترتيبها ودقة بنائها، فدلوا على ضالة بيانية لم تبحث. وغاية هذا البحث الكشف عن ما في الآية الحكيمة من بلاغة محكمة وبيان متجانس، واستشراف مآخذ الإعجاز فيها من خلال بديع ألفاظها وجودة رصفها مع مؤامتها للأغراض وتنوع أساليبها بتنوع الأحكام. وقد انتخب البحث نوعاً من تلك الآيات وهي ما كانت لغته مباشرة للغرض لأن الإشكال في مناط إعجازها: هل تعلق بلطيف حكمة معناها أم ببارع لفظها وإحكام ترتيبه؟ ودللنا على أن وجه الإعجاز فيها مائل في الحكمة في الترتيب وعلائق البناء التركيبي أي موقع اللفظة والجملة وبراعة تعليقها بعناصر مجاورة وتدويرها على مواقع مختلفة مما يوجب فيها خصوصية ويبعث منها معان تستوعب مقاصد الشارع الحكيم وتبين جهات الحكم وأحواله بأوجز لفظ.

This research aims to reveal what the verses of the provisions of the Court of eloquence, and the statement of homogeneous, and to identify the aspects of the miracle in which, through the exquisite words, the quality of installation, with appropriate purposes, and the diversity of methods according to the judgment. The researcher chose a sort of these verses, which are of direct language to express purpose, because the shapes in Miracles is whether related to the decision in the meaning of the verse or in pronunciation and tighten arrangement? It pointed out that aspects of miracles in these verses is in the order, and installation of structural, in word and wholesale site, and craftsmanship attached including before and its environs, which requires privacy, and makes its meaning to accommodate the purposes of the wise legislator, as well as clarify the rule content and brevity in the term of expression.
