|a استهدف هذا البحث التعرف على العلاقة بين السلوك القيادي للمدرب والقدرة على اتخاذ القرار وفي بعض الأنشطة الرياضية، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي، وبلغ مجتمع البحث (183) لاعب تم اختيار عدد (130) لاعب للعينة الأساسية وعدد (45) لاعب للعينة الاستطلاعية من مدربين ولاعبين وأندية مدن منطقة القناة في الأنشطة الرياضية الجماعية التالية ( كرة القدم - الكرة الطائرة - كرة اليد)، وتم استخدام مقياس السلوك القيادي، ومقياس القدرة على اتخاذ القرار للباحثة، كأدوات لجمع البيانات، وتمثلت أهم النتائج في وجود علاقة إيجابية دالة بين أبعاد مقياس السلوك القيادي والقدرة على اتخاذ القرار، بينما توجد علاقة سلبية دالة بين بعد السلوك التسلطي والقدرة على اتخاذ القرار.

|b This research aims to identify the relationship between the leadership behavior of the coach and the ability to make decisions in some sports activities, the researcher used the descriptive approach, and reached the research community (183) player was selected number (130) Player of the core sample and the number (45) Player of the sample reconnaissance of the coaches and players clubs cities Canal Zone in gams sports activities following (football - volleyball - handball), was used measure of leadership behavior of the coach, and the measure of the ability to make decisions, and measure the cohesion of team sports as tools for data collection, and was the most important results in and a positive correlation function between dimensions measure leadership behavior of the coach and the ability to make decisions, while there is a negative correlation function between after the behavior of authoritarian and decision-making ability of the coaches, and there is a positive correlation function between dimensions measure leadership behavior of the coach.
