|a في ظل التغيرات التي تطرأ على المؤسسات التعليمية والتزام المؤسسة بتطبيق الجودة، وجب التركيز على عملية التحسين المستمر للاستراتيجيات من خلال جودة الممارسات التي تهدف إلى تحسين جودة المنتج (المخرج) من المؤسسة وأنه لا يوجد أسلوب واحد يمكن أن نعتبره أفضل الأساليب التدريسية، فالمعلم المؤهل هو الذي يختار الأسلوب الذي يتناسب مع المواقف التعليمية المختلفة لإمكان التأثير في دافعية المتعلم وتعليمه بطريقة فعالة مجدية تكسبه بصيرة وفهماً أكبر وتقييمه بطريقة موضوعية مناسبة مما يساهم في إنجاز خبرة تعليمية عميقة وحسن الأداء للمهارات الحركية المطلوبة.\nوقد لاحظت الباحثة من خلال قيامها بتدريس مقرر الرياضات المائية لطالبات الفرقة الثالثة بكلية التربية الرياضية للبنات بالجزيرة، أن الطالبات لم يكتسبن أي خبرات في عملية التقييم في مادة الرياضات المائية، مما يجعلهن يفتقرن جانب هام من جوانب العملية التعليمية وفقا لمتطلبات الجودة وشروط الاعتماد، حيث أن الطالبة التي لديها القدرة على التقييم يكون لديها مقومات التعليم أو التدريب حيث الفهم الدقيق لشروط الأداء الأمثل، كما أن الطريقة التقليدية في التدريس غالبا ما تغطي الأهداف المعرفية والمهارية وتهمل الأهداف الذهنية والمهنية والعامة.\nيهدف البحث إلى تصميم استمارة تقييم مصوره لمقرر الرياضيات المائية التطبيقي لطالبات الفرقة الثالثة واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوب المقارن بين مستوى تقييم الطالبات وتقييم المدرسات للأداء الفني لمهارات السباحة والسباحة التوقيعية المقررة واشتملت عينة البحث على عدد (57) طالبة من طالبات الفرقة الثالثة بكلية التربية الرياضية للبنات بالقاهرة جامعة حلوان وكانت من أهم النتائج التوصل إلى استمارة تقييم مصورة لتقيم الجوانب الفنية وشروط الأداء المثالي للتدريبات والمهارات الخاصة بالتدرج التعليمي وتحسين الأداء لمحتوى مقرر الرياضيات المائية التطبيقي لدى طالبات الفرقة الثالثة بكلية التربية الرياضية للبنات جامعة حلوان.\n

|f In view of the changes taking place in educational institutions and the institution’s commitment to implementing quality, emphasis must be placed on the process of continuous improvement of strategies through the quality of practices aimed at improving the quality of the product (output) of the institution and that there is no single method that we can consider the best teaching methods. It is the qualified teacher who chooses the method that is appropriate to different educational situations to influence the motivation of the learner and to teach him in an effective and meaningful way that gives him greater insight, understanding, and evaluation in an appropriate objective manner, which contributes to the achievement of the deep learning experience and good performance of the required motor skills.\nThe researcher noticed, through her teaching of the water sports course for the third-year students at the College of Physical Education for Girls in Arabia, that the female students did not gain any experience in the evaluation process in the subject of water sports, which makes them lack an important aspect of the educational process according to the quality requirements and accreditation requirements. A student who has the ability to evaluate has the elements of education or training where a precise understanding of the conditions for optimal performance, and the traditional method of teaching often covers cognitive and skill goals and neglects mental, professional, and general goals.\nThe research aims to design a photographic evaluation form for the applied water sports course for third-year students. The researcher used the descriptive approach with a comparative method between the level of evaluation of the students and the evaluation of the teachers of the technical performance of the skills of swimming and the prescribed synchronized swimming. The research sample included (57) students from the third year of the College of Physical Education for Girls in Cairo, Helwan University. One of the most important results was to arrive at a photographic evaluation form to assess the technical aspects and conditions for the ideal performance of training and skills related to educational progression and improving the performance of the content of the applied water sports course for the third-year students of the College of Physical Education for Girls, Helwan University.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
