|a تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على مفهوم التلوث الضوضائي من حيث تعريفة وأنواعه ومصادره ومكوناته وآثاره على الصحة العامة والحياة، والفرق بينة وبين الملوثات البيئية الأخرى. \nكما تهدف إلى التعرف على الواقع الفعلي للتلوث الضوضائي في المكتبة المركزية في جامعة ذي قار من خلال قياس التلوث الضوضائي في أقسام المكتبة المركزية للجامعة بجهاز قياس شدة الصوت (Sound Level Meter) بوحدة الديسيبل. وذلك لمعرفة أسباب هذا التلوث ووضع الحلول والمقترحات لجعل المكتبة أكثر هدوءاَ وأقل ضوضاء. \nأُستخدم منهج دراسة الحالة في جمع البيانات، واستعملت النسبة المئوية لتحليل البيانات، كما استعمل الحاسوب في إعداد الأشكال والرسوم والجداول.

|f The study aims to identify the concept of noise pollution in terms of its definition, its types, its sources, its components, its effects on public health and life and the difference between it and the other environmental pollutants. \nIt also aims to identify the actual situation of noise pollution in the central library of Thi Qar University by measuring the noise pollution in the sections of the central library of the University with the Sound Level Meter in decibel units. This is to know the causes of this pollution and to find the solutions and proposals to make the library more calm and less noisy. \nThe current case study was used in data collection. The percentage was used to analyze data and the computer was used for preparing the figures, pictures and tables.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc 2018.
