The aim of this study is to report the impact of some selected determinants on the internet banking service encounter and the impact of reported quality on the financial performance. A sample of 50 banks from 11 countries in the Middle East region were survived. Two questionnaire were used; one of them was directed to professionals in order to weight the dimensions of quality .The other one was used by the researcher to report the determinants, quality dimensions and performance of the banks. In order to find the results the Kruskal-Wallis H test, Mann-Whitney U test and Sperman Correlations coefficient test were used. The significant determinants that affect the quality of bank's websites were the ownership, global presence, degree of adopting e-banking, degree of adopting traditional banking. While the age of bank and the size of bank are not affecting the quality dimensions significantly, and the quality dimensions are not effect on the financial performance indicators.
