|a استهدف البحث الكشف عن درجة ممارسة الإبداع الإداري من قبل قيادات المؤسسات الرياضية بدولة الكويت من وجهة نظر العاملين بهذه المؤسسات، واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي متبعة الأسلوب المسحي على عينة قوامها (280) موظفا بالهيئات والمؤسسات التالية (الهيئة العامة للشباب والرياضة - اللجنة الأولمبية - الاتحادات الرياضية - الأندية الرياضية)، ومن أدوات البحث: أستبينان ممارسة الإبداع الإداري، واستخدمت الباحثة الأساليب الإحصائية التالية: المتوسط الحسابي، الانحراف المعياري، معامل الارتباط البسيط، النسب المئوية، ومن أهم النتائج جاءت درجة ممارسة القيادات الإدارية بالمؤسسات الرياضية للإبداع الإداري متوسطة من وجهة نظر العاملين بهذه المؤسسات، من أهم التوصيات تشجيع القيادات الإدارية بالمؤسسات الرياضية على تجريب أساليب الإدارة الحديثة وإبراز الأفكار الخلاقة، والاستمرار في برامج التطوير والتدريب للعاملين من أجل رفع درجة ممارسة الإبداع الإداري، وضع خطة مستقبلية علمية للكشف عن المبدعين من القيادات الإدارية الشابة، وتدريبهم لتوفير قيادات إدارية مؤهلة قادرة على ممارسة الإبداع الإداري، واستثمار طاقات العالمين الإبداعية وذلك لتطوير أداء المؤسسات الرياضية، إتباع اللامركزية وتفويض السلطات الإدارية ومشاركة العاملين في اتخاذ القرارات والتخلي عن البيروقراطية في العمل.

|f The air of the research was to reveal the degree of administrative innovation by the leaders of sports institutions in Kuwait from the point of view of employees in these institutions. The researcher used the descriptive approach following the survey method on a sample of (280) employees in the following bodies and institutions (Public Authority for Youth and Sports - Olympic Committee - Sports Federations - Sports Clubs). The research tools included a questionnaire of administrative innovation practice. The researcher used the following statistical methods: the arithmetic means, standard deviation, simple correlation coefficient, percentages. Among the most important results, the degree of managerial leadership practices in sports institutions for administrative creativity was moderate from the viewpoint of those working in these institutions. Among the most important recommendations are encouraging administrative leaderships in sports institutions to experiment with modern management methods and highlighting creative ideas, continuing development and training programs for workers to raise the degree of practising administrative creativity, developing a scientific future plan to discover creative young administrative leaders, and training them to provide qualified administrative leaders capable of practising administrative creativity, investing the creative energies of workers to develop the performance of sports institutions, following decentralization and empowering administrative authorities, and the participation of workers in decision-making and abandoning bureaucracy at work.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
