المستخلص: استهدف البحث تنمية قدرات معلم التربية الرياضية لاستيعاب التقنيات التي يتعامل معها، ولكي يستفيد منها كاملا بإعداد الدرس، وترجمة أهداف فلسفة التربية الرياضية في أرض الواقع على هيئة برامج تعليمية، وتقويم واستراتيجية ونظم الإعداد المعاصر للمعلم، وتطوير برامج إعداد المعلم بما يتواكب مع التحديات المعاصرة، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي وأداته استبانة بشكلها الأكاديمي على عينة قوامها (55) معلم منهم (15) استطلاعي، (40) أساسي للتطبيق، ومن أهم نتائج البحث احتل المركز الأول للتعرف على أهداف تدريس التربية الرياضية للمرحلتين الإعدادي والثانوي العام الحكومي العبارة التي تنص على (العمق Depth ويقصد فيها المستوى العام للياقة البدنية للتلاميذ واختيار الألعاب والرياضات المناسبة لتأهيلهم للمسابقات العامة) بنسبة موافقة (84.1%)، احتل المركز الأول للتعرف على المعايير التي تفتقد في التطوير في عقل وفكر معلم التربية الرياضية وكذلك الأهداف التربوية للتدريس العبارة التي تنص على (أما الثانوي فيعتمد على مفهوم التعلم الإيجابي وأساسه هو التجريب العملي للوصول إلى فنيات المهارة المقدمة للطلاب بالفهم والإقناع) بنسبة موافقة (83.3%).

The research aimed to develop the capabilities of the physical education teacher to understand the techniques he deals with, and to fully benefit from them by preparing the lesson, translating the goals of the philosophy of physical education into reality in the form of educational programs, evaluation, strategy and systems for contemporary teacher preparation, and developing teacher preparation programs in line with contemporary challenges. The researcher used the descriptive approach and his tool was a questionnaire in its academic form on a sample consisting of (55) teachers, of whom (15) are exploratory sample, (40) basic sample. Among the most important results of the research: In order to identify the objectives of teaching physical education for the preparatory and public secondary stages of government, the first place was occupied by the phrase that states (Depth, in which it refers to the general level of physical fitness for students and the choice of games and sports appropriate to qualify them for public competitions) with an approval rating (84.1%). In order to identify the standards that lack development in the mind and thought of the physical education teacher, as well as the educational objectives of teaching the first place is occupied by the phrase that states (As for the secondary it depends on the concept of positive learning and its basis is practical experimentation to reach the skill techniques presented to students with understanding and persuasion) with an approval rate (83.3%).
