المستخلص: الدورات البارالمبية هي ثاني أكبر الدورات الدولية بالعالم وهي (الألعاب الأولمبية لذوي الإعاقة) سواء فكرية أو عضوية، وتعقد مباشرة بعد كل دورة ألعاب أولمبية، وتخضع جميع ألعاب المعاقين للأشراف من قبل اللجنة البارالمبية الدولية للمعاقين وتتبلور مشكلة البحث وجود تذبذب في مستوى الإنجازات صعودا وهبوطاً في الدورات البارالمبية الأخرى قيد الدراسة.
يهدف البحث إلى تحليل نتائج مصر في الدورات البارالمبية موضع الدراسة من (1988 - 2012م) وذلك من خلال تحليل تاريخ مشاركات مصر من حيث الرياضات التي شاركت فيها مصر سواء الفردية والجماعية، عدد اللاعبين واللاعبات، عدد وتنوع الميداليات التي أحرزتها مصر، واستخدم الباحث المنهجين الوصفي والتاريخي نظراً لملائمتهما لطبيعة البحث واستعان الباحث في دراسته بالوثائق والسجلات بالإضافة إلى استمارة استبيان، واستخدم الباحث المعالجات الإحصائية التالية لمناسبتها للبحث وهي التكرارات والنسبة المئوية..
ومن أهم النتائج أن أعلى مشاركة عددية لمصر في دورات 2000م – 2004م، حققت الفرق المصرية أعلى عدد من الميداليات وتنوعها في دورات 1996م أتلانتا، 2000م سيدني، 2004م أثينا، ضعف مستوى السيدات عن الرجال في كافة الدورات، عدد الميداليات وتنوعها للرجال أكثر من السيدات.
وتمثلت أهم التوصيات في العمل على توفير الأجهزة الفنية ذات الكفاءة العالية في تدريب الفرق الرياضية المختلفة لذوي الإعاقة، إقامة معسكرات إعداد داخلية وخارجية طويلة المدى، إرسال المدربين والإداريين لحضور دورات صقل في أنشطة ذوي الإعاقة، عمل خطة لإعداد البطل البارالمبي، العمل على زيادة قاعدة الممارسين، الاهتمام ببرامج المسابقات المحلية وتطويرها وزيادتها العمل على تشجيع الفتيات ذوي الإعاقة، الاهتمام باللاعبين صغار السن.


The Paralympic Games are the second largest international Games globally, namely (Paralympic Games), whether intellectual or membership and are held immediately after each Olympic Games. The International Paralympic Committee supervises all Paralympic Games. The research problem is oscillation up and down in the level of achievements in other Paralympic games under study.
The research aims to analyze the results of Egypt in the Paralympic games under question from 1988 to 2012 by analyzing the history of Egypt's participation in terms of sports in which Egypt participated, both individually and collectively, the number of players (male and female), number and variety of medals achieved by Egypt. The researcher used descriptive and historical methodologies due to their suitability for the nature of the research. In his study, the researcher used documents and records in addition to a questionnaire form. The researcher employed statistical processors (frequencies and percentages) for their suitability with the research.
One of the most important results is that Egypt's highest numerical participation happened in the 2000 - 2004 cycles. The Egyptian teams achieved the highest number of medals and their diversity in the 1996 Atlanta, 2000 Sydney, and 2004 Athens games. The women's level was higher than the men in all games, and the number of medals and their diversity was more for men than women.
The most important recommendations include providing technical equipment of high efficiency in training various paralympic sports teams, establishing long-term internal and external preparation camps, sending coaches and administrators to attend refinement courses in the paralympic activities, making a plan to prepare the Paralympic champion, working to increase the practice base, paying attention, developing and growing local competition programs, encouraging girls with disabilities, and paying attention to young players.
