المستخلص: يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على أبعاد جودة المعلومات التي يعتمد عليها المسئولين داخل المنشآت الرياضية بمحافظات شمال الصعيد وأثرها في عملية صنع القرار، ولقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي (أسلوب الدراسات المسحية) بخطواته وإجراءاته وذلك لمناسبته لتحقيق هدف البحث وذلك على عينة عشوائية قوامها (65) خمسة وستون مسئول من المسئولين عن صنع القرار بالمنشآت الرياضية بمحافظات شمال الصعيد (الفيوم – بني سويف – المنيا – أسيوط) وممن تزيد خبرتهم في العمل بتلك المنشآت عن (5) سنوات.
ولقد استخدم الباحث الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع بيانات هذا البحث وقام الباحث بإعداد وتصميم استبيان يهدف التعرف على الواقع الفعلي لجودة المعلومات داخل المنشآت الرياضية بمحافظات شمال الصعيد وأثرها في عملية صنع القرار، وقام الباحث بتطبيقها على جميع أفراد العينة قيد البحث خلال الفترة من 1/2/2015م إلى 26/3/2015م.
وتمثلت أهم النتائج التي توصل الباحث إليها عدم اهتمام المسئولين بالمنشآت الرياضية عينة البحث بجودة المعلومات ودورها الفعال في عملية صنع القرار، وأن أكثر أبعاد جودة المعلومات إسهاماً وتأثيراً في عملية صنع القرار داخل المنشآت الرياضية بمحافظات شمال الصعيد كان البعد الزمني ويليه محتوى المعلومات وجاء البعد الشكلي كأقل الأبعاد مساهمةً وتأثيراً.
كما أوصى الباحث بضرورة اهتمام المنشآت الرياضية بمختلف المستويات الإدارية بجودة المعلومات من حيث توفير المعلومات المطلوبة بالزمان المناسب وبالشكل المناسب مما يساهم إلى حد كبير من تقليل نسبة الخطأ في عملية صنع القرار، والعمل على إنشاء إدارة خاصة بالمعلومات تكون مهمتها الأساسية جمع المعلومات والتأكد من جودتها من حيث التوقيت والحاجة والشكل، مما يسهل من مهمة صانع القرار.


This research aims to identify the dimensions of the quality of information that officials rely on within sports facilities in North Upper Egypt governorates and its impact on the decision-making process. The researcher has used the descriptive approach (survey studies method) with its steps and procedures. This is due to its relevance to achieving the goal of the research. It is based on a random sample of (65) sixty-five officials responsible for decision-making in the sports facilities in the governorates of North Upper Egypt (Fayoum - Beni Suef - Minya - Assiut) and those whose working experience in these facilities exceeds (5) years.
The researcher used the questionnaire as the main tool for collecting data for this research, and the researcher prepared and designed a questionnaire aimed at identifying the actual reality of the quality of information within sports facilities in North Upper Egypt and its impact on the decision-making process. The researcher applied it to all members of the sample under study during the period from 1/2/2015 to 26/3/2015 AD.
The most important findings of the researcher were the lack of interest of officials in sports facilities, the research sample, with the quality of information and its effective role in the decision-making process. And that the most important dimension of information quality that contributes and influences the decision-making process within sports facilities in the governorates of North Upper Egypt was the time dimension, followed by the information content. The formal dimension was the least dimensions in terms of contribution and impact.
The researcher also recommended that sports facilities at various administrative levels should pay attention to the quality of the information in terms of providing the required information at the appropriate time and in an appropriate manner, which greatly contributes to reducing the rate of error in the decision-making process, and working to establish a special information department whose primary task would be to collect information and ensure its quality in terms of timing, need and form, which facilitates the task of the decision-maker.
