تعد لعبة كرة اليد من الألعاب الجماعية ذات الانتشار الواسع والكبير لما تحتويه من مهارات عديدة منها الدفاعية والأخرى الهجومية والتي من ضمنها مهارة التصويب من القفز عالياً والتي تعد من المهارات الأكثر أهميه إذ من خلالها يستطيع الفريق إحراز هدف مباشر وما يعطيه الأسبقية بالتقدم والتفوق على الفريق المنافس ، وتكمن مشكلة البحث في قلة اهتمام بعض المدربين في استخدام الوسائل المساعدة في تدريب لاعبيهم مما أدى الى ضعف هذه المهارة لديهم ، لذلك قام الباحثان بإعداد وسائل مساعدة تساعد المدربين في تطوير مهارة التصويب من القفز عالياً والتي من خلالها الارتقاء بمستوى عالي ومتطور،وهدف البحث الى: 1- معرفة أثر استخدام بعض الوسائل المساعدة في تطوير مهارة التصويب من القفز عاليا" لدى لاعبي نادي القاسم في كرة اليد الشباب. 2- التعرف على الفروق بين المجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة في مدى تطوير مهارة التصويب من القفز عالياً باستخدام الوسائل المساعدة لدى لاعبي نادي القاسم في كرة اليد الشباب. استخدم الباحثان المنهج التجريبي وبأسلوب(المجموعة المتكافئة)، وتحدد مجتمع البحث بلاعبين الشباب في نادي القاسم والبالغ عددهم (20) لاعباً وتم اختيار عينة عشوائية البسيطة عددهم (16) لاعباً وهي تشكل نسبة مقدارها(80%) من مجتمع البحث،وقام الباحثان بإجراء الاختبار القبلي للمجموعتين وبعدها تم إدخال الوسائل المساعدة على المجموعة التجريبية التي استمر العمل خلال شهرين وبعدها تم إجراء الاختبار البعدي للمجموعتين واستخدم الباحثان في معالجة بياناتهما الوسائل الإحصائية(الوسيط، الانحراف الربيعي،ولكوكسن،مان ويتني) وكانت أهم الاستنتاجات: 1- للوسائل المساعدة تأثير هام وفعال في تطوير أداء مهارة التصويب من القفز عالياً اللاعبين بكرة اليد الشباب. 2- يساعد استخدام الوسائل التعليمية المساعدة (صندوق القفز، الابسطة ، القفاز،الموانع ذات ارتفاعات مختلفة) في تحسين القسم التحضيري من المهارة بالخطوات التقريبية الثلاث وهي (يسار، يمين ،يسار) من خلال إحداث التوافق الحركي المطلوب بين حركة الرجلين والذراع الرامية. \
