المستخلص: أحتوى البحث على المقدمة وأهمية البحث واصفا تشوه القدمين والانحرافات الإنسية والوحشية وأسباب حدوث هذا التشوه وأن أهمية البحث في معالجة المصابين وتقويمهم والحد من انتشار هذه التشوهات. أما مشكلة البحث فتكمن في خطورة هذه التشوهات وما له من تشوهات وأثار سلبية على الأطفال في مختلف المستويات النفسية والصحية والحركية وأن عدم معالجته في وقت مبكر سوف يؤثر على مستوى الأداء الحركي وصفة التوازن وأهم أهدافه فهو تصميم جهاز علاجي للقدمين لتقويم تشوهات القدم الإنسية والوحشية للأطفال بعمر 5-6 سنوات وقد أفترض الباحث أن هناك فروضا في نتائج البرنامج المعد باستخدام الجهاز العلاجي ولصالح الاختبار البعدي أما مجالات البحث فقد أشتمل المجال البشري على عينة من الأطفال مصابين بتشوهات القدمين الانحرافية من أطفال مدينة الفلوجة واستنتجت الدراسة إلى هناك نسب متفاوتة لتشوهات القدمين على وفق متطلبات البحث تراوحت بين المستويات المعيارية كذلك وجود فروق معنوية بين نتائج القبلي والبعدي لطبعة القدمين وأوصت الدراسة تعميم الجهاز على شعب العلاج الطبيعي في المستشفيات لغرض تطبيقها. لأنها أثبتت فاعليتها في علاج تشوهات القدمين بشكل واضح.

The first chapter included the introduction and importance of the research describing deformity of feet and the medial is and laterals deviations and their causes. The importance of the research is to treat or to take care of people with disabilities and their rehabilitation and also it tries to prevent spreading of these deformities. As to the problem of the research is represented by danger of these deformities and their negative effects on children including the psychological. healthy and motor levels for them. If the treatment of this deformity does not occur in an early time .it will effect level of motor performance and the characteristic of balance. The most important aim is to design an apparatus for feet and proposed to rehabilitate deformities of medial is and laterals feet for children at the age 5-6 years. The researcher pointed out that there are hypotheses in results of the intended program by using the proposed in favor of the succeeding test. As for fields of the research, the human field included a sample of disabled children with deviated feet deformities from children of Al-Falluja city. The study concluded that there are different percentages with respect to deformities of feet according to requirements of the research which fluctuated between the standard levels .Also, there are significant differences between findings of the preceding and succeeding for the feet print. The study recommended that it is necessary to spread the apparatus in addition to the proposed to departments of physiotherapy in hospitals for the purpose of applying them because they proved their effectiveness in treatment of deformities of the feet clearly.
