|e هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى جودة معايير أدوات قياس تحصيل الطلاب من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة نجران. والتعرف على الصعوبات التي تواجه تطوير أدوات قياس تحصيل الطلاب حسب ما يراه أعضاء هيئة التدريس. والكشف عن مدى اختلاف استخدامات أدوات القياس المطورة لديهم باختلاف متغير الكلية والجنس والرتبة العلمية والخبرة. وأخيرا توجيه المهتمين وأصحاب القرار إلى أهمية استخدام أدوات القياس وفق معايير الجودة حسب توصيات نتائج الدراسة.\n واعتمدت الدراسة على استخدام المنهج الوصفي. وتكونت مجموعة الدراسة من عينة من 253 عضو هيئة تدريس بجامعة نجران. وتمثلت أداة البحث في استبانة. \nومن النتائج التي أشارت لها الدراسة أن أعضاء هيئة التدريس من أصحاب الخبرة التدريسية الأعلى أكثر مشاركة بالدورات وأعلى تأهيلا في مجال استخدام أدوات القياس المطورة من أصحاب الخبرة التدريسية الأقل. وذلك لان أصحاب الخبرة التدريسية الأعلى أكثر عمقا بمحتوى ما يدرسونه ودراية بالممارسات التدريسية مما انعكس على تجويد الممارسات التقييمية لديهم. \nوانه يوجد فروق دالة إحصائيا على الأداة ككل لمدى جودة معايير استخدام أدوات القياس والتقويم وفق معايير الجودة بين أعضاء هيئة التدريس لصالح متغير الرتبة العلمية ونوع الكلية. وأوضحت أن ذوي الرتبة العلمية الأعلى تكون خبرتهم واطلاعهم وفهمهم لما يدرسونه أكثر. وقدمت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات منها ضرورة الاهتمام بتقديم دورات تدريبية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة نجران تضمن أساليب واستراتيجيات التقويم الحديثة في ضوء معايير الجودة. وتحفيز أعضاء هيئة التدريس على تطبيق أساليب القياس والتقويم المطورة في تقييم تحصيل الطلاب الأكاديمي.\nكُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018
|f The study aims to identify the quality standards of students' achievement measurement tools from the point of view of faculty members at Najran University identifying the difficulties facing the development of students' achievement measurement tools according to faculty members' view. The study also tackles the differences levels of using developed measurement tools in accordance with the differences of the variables of the college, gender, scientific level and experience. Finally, the study points out that stakeholders and decision makers should be guided to the importance of using measurement tools according to the quality standards regarding the study results recommendations. The study is based on the descriptive approach. The study group consists of a sample of 253 faculty members at Najran University. The research tool is represented in a questionnaire. \n The results indicate that faculty members with higher teaching experience are more involved in courses and are more qualified in using improved measurement tools than those with lower teaching experience. This is because the higher teaching experience is more profound in terms of the content of what they are studying and the knowledge of teaching practices, which is reflected in the improvement of their evaluation practices. There are statistically significant differences in the tool as a whole to the extent of the quality of the standards for the use of measurement tools and evaluation according to the quality standards among the faculty members for the sake of the scientific grade variable and the type of college. The results also confirm that those with the highest scientific degree have more experience and knowledge and they understand well. The study sets a number of recommendations, including the need to consider providing training courses for faculty members at the Najran University which guarantee modern evaluation methods and strategies in the light of quality standards.
