|e هدف البحث إلى الكشف عن واقع التعليم التطبيقي بدولة الكويت وأهم ملامحه. والتعرف على التخطيط الاستراتيجي للتعليم التطبيقي. والوقوف على أهم الملامح الرئيسية للخطة الاستراتيجية للتعليم التطبيقي بدولة الكويت. وكيفية توظيف مدخل التخطيط الاستراتيجي لتحقيق جودة التعليم التطبيقي. واعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي في تحقيق أهدافه. وتكونت عينة البحث من كليات التعليم التطبيقي التابعة للهيئة العامة للتعليم التطبيقي والتدريب بالكويت. واستعرض البحث المقصود ببعض المصطلحات كالتخطيط الاستراتيجي والجودة والتعليم التطبيقي. وتضمن أربع محاور.\n الأول تضمن واقع التعليم التطبيقي بدولة الكويت فلسفته وأهدافه. وكليات التعليم التطبيقي بها. وأهم التحديات التي تواجه التعليم التطبيقي.\n الثاني أساسيات التخطيط الاستراتيجي للتعليم التطبيقي مفهومه. أهدافه. أهميته. مبادئه. أسسه. مراحله وخطواته. \nالثالث الملامح الأساسية للخطة الاستراتيجية للتعليم التطبيقي بدولة الكويت الأهداف. مجالات الخطة وبرامجها. الرابع متطلبات تحقيق جودة التعليم التطبيقي باستخدام التخطيط الاستراتيجي. \nوأوضح البحث أن جودة وكفاءة التعليم التطبيقي تتطلب التوجه نحو التخطيط الاستراتيجي له من خلال عمل برامج تمكن كليات التعليم التطبيقي من مواجهة ظروف المستقبل والمشاركة بفاعلية في تحقيق التنمية البشرية المستدامة بالمجتمع الكويتي. \nوأشار البحث إلى بعض المتطلبات اللازمة لضمان تحقيق جودة التعليم التطبيقي. ومنها ضرورة نشر ثقافة التخطيط الاستراتيجي في كليات التعليم التطبيقي. وتعزيز اتجاهات العاملين وأعضاء هيئة التدريس نحو ممارسة التخطيط الاستراتيجي من خلال نشر الثقافة التي تعمق مفاهيم إيجابية نحوه. وتوعية أعضاء هيئة التدريس والأفراد العاملين بأهمية مشاركتهم في إعداد الخطة الاستراتيجية والخطط التنفيذية وتطبيقها وتقييمها. وضرورة إعداد خطة تتضمن بدائل استراتيجية مناسبة لكافة غايات وأهداف واستراتيجيات الكليات بحيث تمثل بديلا معتمدا عند تعذر تطبيق بعضا منها.\nكُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018
|f The research aims to illustrate the reality of applied education in Kuwait and its most important features identifying the strategic planning of applied education. It also aims to identify the main features of the strategic plan for applied education in Kuwait and how to employ the strategic planning introduction to achieve the quality of applied education. The research is based on the descriptive approach to achieve its objectives. The research sample consists of the colleges of applied education of the General Authority for Applied Education and Training in Kuwait. The research reviews some terms such as strategic planning, quality and applied education. It includes 4 sections; the first one is the reality of applied education in the Kuwait, its philosophy and objectives, applied education colleges as well as the most important challenges facing applied education. The second section tackles the basics of strategic planning for applied education, its objectives, importance, principles, basics, stages and steps. \nThe third section elucidates the main features of the strategic plan for applied education in Kuwait including the objectives, plan areas and programs while the fourth section addresses the requirements for achieving the quality of applied education using strategic planning. The research indicates that the quality and efficiency of applied education requires a strategic direction towards it through the implementation of programs that enable the applied education colleges to face future conditions and participate actively in achieving sustainable human development in the Kuwaiti society. The research refers to some of the requirements to ensure the quality of applied education including the need to spread the culture of strategic planning in the colleges of applied education, to promote the attitudes of staff and faculty towards the practice of strategic planning through the dissemination of culture that deepens positive concepts towards it and to educate the faculty members and individuals concerned about the importance of their participation in the preparation, implementation and evaluation of the strategic plan and operational plans. It is also important to prepare a plan that includes suitable strategic alternatives to all the goals, objectives and strategies of the colleges to represent a reliable alternative if some of them cannot be carried out \nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
