هدف البحث إلى التعرف على مستوى الأداء لبعض المهارات الدفاعية بكرة اليد لدى لاعبي نادي نوروزو لاعبي نادي بيشمركه أربيل، والتعرف على الفروق بمستوى أداء بعض المهارات الدفاعية بكرة اليد بين لاعبي الناديين. استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي بأسلوب الدراسات المسحية وذلك لملاءمته وطبيعة المشكلة، حيث تمثلت عينة البحث من لاعبي نادي نوروز و لاعبي نادي بيشمركه أربيل ، فقد اختير بالطريقة العمدية إذ ضمت (١٥) لاعباً من كل نادي ، وبذلك نكون العينة كاملة من (30)لاعباً، وحدد الباحثان المهارات الدفاعية بعد الرجوع إلى المصادر والمراجع، وتم عرضها على مجموعة من الخبراء في مجال كرة اليد والقياس والتقوم، وتم ترشيح أريع مهارات دفاعية بعد التوصل إلى الأهمية النسبية لكل مهارة من المهارات الدفاعية، وبعد أن قام الباحثان بتحديد أهم المهارات الأساسية بكرة اليد المبحوثة وتحديد الاختبارات المستخدمة في البحث وإجراء الأسس العلمية للاختبارات، تم التطبيق العملي للاختبارات على أفراد عينة البحث. وبعد جمع البيانات وتفريغها تم معالجتها إحصائيا باستخدام نظام (SPSS) لتحليل البيانات بالوسائل الإحصائية التالية (النسبة المئوية، الوسط الحسابي، الانحراف المعياري، معامل الارتباط البسيط، اختبار (t) للعينات المستقلة المتساوية العدد)، وبعد عرض النتائج وتحيلها ومناقشتها تم التوصل إلى نتيجة بوجود فروق معنوية بين مستوى أداء بعض المهارات الدفاعية بكرة اليد بين لاعبي نادي نوروز ولاعبي نادي بيشمركه ليل، ولصالح لاعبي نادي نوروز الرياضي، وعلى ضوء النتائج أوصى الباحثان عدة توصيات، ومنها الاهتمام بتطوير القدرات الدفاعية لدى لاعبي نادي بيشمركه أنيل وتعزيزها لدى لاعبي نادي نوروز.

After data collection and discharged were processed statistically using the system (SPSS) for statistical analysis of the data means the following (the percentage, mean, standard deviation, simple correlation coefficient, test (t) for independent samples of equal number), After viewing the results and analysis and discussion has been reached as a result of the existence of significant differences between the performance of some defensive skills handball between the players club Nowruz and players of the club Peshmerga Erbil, and in favor of the players club Nowruz sports, and the light of the findings researchers recommended several recommendations, including the interest in the development of defense capabilities among players Club Peshmerga Erbil and promote it among players club Nowruz.
