إن كرة السلة واحدة من الألعاب التي تتعدد فيها المهارات الأساسية . لذلك فهي تحتاج إلى أسلوب تعليمي يراعي فيها تعليم مهاراتها الأساسية الوصول إلى الإتقان فضلاً عن الاحتفاظ بها لأطول فترة زمنية ممكنة ويترك للطالب حرية التفكير الإبداعي الخلاق في تنفيذ هذه المهارات بما يحتاجه الموقف التعليمي والتنافسي وبما يحقق الهدف المرجو من تلك المهارات للخروج من المألوف وكسر الجمود الذي يلف العملية التعليمية وذلك باستخدامها الأساليب التقليدية في التدريس (الأسلوب المتبع) ,لذا تبرز أهمية هذا البحث من خلال دراسة تأثير أسلوب التعلم ألإتقاني في تنمية التفكير الإبداعي وتعليم عدد من المهارات الأساسية الهجومية بكرة السلة والاحتفاظ بها لطلاب السنة الدراسية الأولى بكلية التربية الأساسية. وتلعب أساليب التدريس دوراً كبيراً ومهماً في تعليم مختلف المهارات والفعاليات الرياضية وكلما كان أسلوب التدريس المستخدم أكثر تطوراً كانت عملية التعلم أفضل وفرصة التقدم بالأداء المهاري أكبر،ولأساليب التدريس علاقة وطيدة بالتفكير الإبداعي الذي له هو الأخر الدور المهم في تعلم المهارات الرياضية إذ يستفيد المتعلم من قدراته الإبداعية في أثناء تعلمه وممارسته للمهارات الرياضية المختلفة ، فالأساليب التي تراعي الفروق الفردية في أثناء عملية التعلم تجعل الطالب فعالاً في أثناء الدرس , ومن خلال خبرة الباحثان في مجال تعليم المهارات الحركية لاحظا إن عدد من طرائق وأساليب تعليم المهارات الحركية لا تأخذ بالحسبان جانب الفروق الفردية والقدرات الإبداعية ، إذ يخضع المتعلمون كلهم للوحدات التعليمية نفسها والتكرارات نفسها مما يؤدي إلى ظهور الفروق الفردية في قابلية التعلم والأداء ، ولان المدرس لم يعد يمثل السلطة العليا التي تقرر كل شيء ولم يعد ينحصر دور الطالب في إتباع الأوامر فحسب ، لذا كان لابد من زيادة ثـقة الطالب بقدرته على تحمل المسؤولية في عملية التعلم وذلك من خلال تعويده على التفكير العلمي وتنمية شعوره بالثقة بقدرته على التجديد والإبداع والوصول إلي الهدف ومن هنا برزت الحاجة إلى تطبيق أساليب تعليمية تتيح للمتعلم فرص تنمية القدرات الإبداعية لديهم وإتقان المهارات الأساسية بالاعتماد على قدراتهم الفردية البدنية والإبداعية، لذا فقد اختار الباحثان استخدام أسلوب التعلم ألإتقاني لمعرفة إمكانيته في تنمية التفكير الإبداعي وتعليم عدد من المهارات الأساسية الهجومية بكرة السلة والاحتفاظ بها ومقارنة ذلك بالأسلوب الأمري وتلك هي مشكلة البحث. ويهدف البحث في الكشف عن 1- اثر أسلوب التعلم ألإتقاني في تنمية التفكير الإبداعي وتعلم عدد من المهارات الأساسية الهجومية بكرة السلة والاحتفاظ بها. 2- الفرق بين نتائج الاختبار البعدي لأسلوبي التعلم ألإتقاني والمتبع في تنمية التفكير الإبداعي
The basketball is one of the games of multiple basic skills. So, it needs to educational method in which its basic skills takes into account to reach perfection as well as keep them for the longest possible period of time and leaves the student a freedom to think creatively in the implementation of these skills as needed in the educational and competitive position and to achieve the desired goal of those skills in order to get out of the ordinary and break the inactivity around the educational process by using traditional methods of teaching (the followed method), so it highlights the importance of this research by studying the impact of proficiency learning style in the development of creative thinking and teaching a number of basic offensive skills in basketball and in retaining them for the students of first academic year at the Faculty of Basic Education. Teaching methods play a large and important role in teaching various sports skills and events and whenever the teaching method used was more developed, the process of learning was better and the chance of better skill performance was bigger. The teaching methods has a close relationship with the creative thinking, which also has an important role in learning sports skills as a learner gets benefit of his creative abilities while he is learning and practicing various sports skills, as the methods which takes individual differences into consideration during the learning process makes the student effective during the lesson. Due to the researchers’ experience in the field of teaching the motor skills, they noticed that a number of ways and methods of teaching motor skills do not take into account the individual differences and creative abilities, as all learners are subject to educational units and the same frequencies, leading to the emergence of individual differences in susceptibility learning and performance, and because the teacher no longer represents the highest authority that decides everything, and the role of the student is no longer confined to follow commands only, so it was necessary to increase students’ confidence in his ability to take responsibility in the learning process through making him getting used to scientific thinking and the development of his sense of confidence in his ability to innovation and creativity, and access to the target and, hence, the need to apply the teaching methods that allow the learner creative capacity development opportunities to have a mastery of basic skills, depending on their individual capacities physical and creative, So the researchers chose to use proficiency learning style to know his potential in the development of creative thinking and learning a number of basic offensive skills in basketball and keep them that way compared to Prince, and that is the problem of the research. The research aims at detecting 1. The effect of proficiency learning style in the development of creative thinking and learning a number of basic skills of offensive basketball and keep them. 2- The difference between the post-test results for the two styles of proficiency learning followed in the development of creative thinking.
