المستخلص: There is no doubt that the oil and gas contracts is one of the most important contracts for each party in those contracts, which plays these contracts an important role in the economies of the countrie, and arise conflicts often associated with the importance of investment and trade in energy projects for both parties which one or both of them are the governments of countries, seeking for optimum utilization of these resources and wealth, which is considered a major source for the peoples of these governments, therefore, the research seeks the disputes that arise in this type of significant contracts . The most important ways to be settled, and the statement of arbitration as a means common and more effective privacy and closest to the settlement disputes arising from investment contracts in the oil and gas and how to formulate a condition the settlement of disputes in these contracts. In the end of the search, I will seek the most important recommendations relating to the mechanisms of settling disputes arising in the oil and gas contracts.
