المستخلص: Museums important source of science, culture and entertainment and the dissemination of artistic culture, so research focuses on the importance of books and museum activities that develop the perceptions of our children about their heritage in a simple manner and attractive through you know the heritage of their country. The museum activities wrote one of the ways of Education through the museum. And its goal to provide new sources of the child to understand the heritage, and the child deals with the activities associated with the book to strengthen the artiste side of cultural activities culture. So, he wrote museum describes the activities of cultural, scientific, educational, aesthetic and creative education for children through the museum as an independent and direct mediator of science and knowledge. By utilizing especially if the theory of knowledge such as Piaget own cognitive growth of the child in all stages theory. And that the child age group (7- 11 years) easy for him to realize the museum's holdings and to distinguish them able to understand and debate and therefore the right to deal with the museum's own books activities that include illustrations revolve around the theme of "the status of Saudi heritage.
