Introduction: The subject of job satisfaction has gained great importance among researchers in various disciplines and has become an area for a lot of studies, and so out of the conviction that the development and management of human resources should represent the most attention by management as the human element is the foundation for the success of any institution or organization. Aims of study: The study aims to identify the relative importance of the factors affecting the job satisfaction of Specialist educational media (press and radio - theater arts) at special needs schools, and the extent of job satisfaction in the field of educational media for special groups, as well as monitor the most important problems facing the special needs schools, and to identify the effect of the intermediate variables (type - years of experience - type of disability that specialist deals with "audio - visual - mentality" type) on the factors affecting in the job satisfaction for him. The results of the study can be summarized in the following points: - The difference in rankings in the relative importance of the factors influencing job satisfaction among the press, radio Specialist and theater arts specialist in special needs schools. - There are statistically significant differences between the press, radio Specialist and theater arts specialist of special needs schools in the total factors affecting of the job satisfaction. - There are statistically significant differences in three of the factors affecting the job satisfaction with the Educational Media Specialist in special needs schools between males and females, and these factors are taking responsibility and creativity at work and relations with superiors, while the results showed no differences in other factors between males and females.
