la protection juridique des droits de l'enfant en général est considéré comme l'une des priorités les plus importantes de la communauté internationale et le législateur algérien, et en particulier l'attention est attirée pour protéger la morale de l'enfant et sa situation familiale et sociale en raison de leur importance pour assurer une vie saine pour l'enfant, assurant ainsi une société interdépendante, Grâce à cette étude juridique nous allons découvrir et analyser les différents textes juridiques concernées par ce sujet en étudiant dans la première partie la protection juridique de la morale de l'enfant et dans la deuxième partie la protection juridique de sa situation familiale. legal protection of the rights of the child in general is considered one of the most important priorities of the international community and the Algerian legislator, and in particular attention is drawn to protecting the child's morality and his situation in society and family because of their importance to ensure a healthy life for the child, thus ensuring an interdependent society. Through this legal study, we will discover and analyze the various legal texts concerned by this topic by studying the protection of the child's morality in the first part and in the second part the legal protection of his family situation.
