|d Cet article a pour objectif de mettre en exergue l’importance de l'investissement touristique comme approche pour le développement des territoires ruraux, notamment pour des zones possédant un patrimoine touristique ou des potentialités naturelles transférables en ressources touristiques, ce qui peut mettre du développent touristique un moteur pour un développement rural durable. Dans ce contexte, nous allons prendre le cas des zones rurales de l’Algérie et du Maroc, en essayant de tirer l’attention au rôle de l’investissement touristique dans la dynamisation de ces territoires et, par suite, dans l’ouverture des horizons du développement territorial.

|f This research aims to highlight the importance of tourism investment as an entry point for the development of rural regions, particularly for rural areas which have tourism heritage or natural resources that can be converted to tourism resources making its tourism development an essential motive for sustainable rural development.\nIn this context, this research will study the rural areas of Algeria and Morocco, considering that they generally have a significant tourism asset, although in many cases it has remained unknown or neglected, intending to draw attention to the role of tourism investment in developing these regions and thus opening up broad prospects for regional development.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc 2018.

|a يهدف هذا البحث إلى إبراز أهمية الاستثمار السياحي كمدخل لتنمية الأقاليم الريفية، لاسيما بالنسبة لأرياف تتوفر على تراث سياحي أو مقومات طبيعية قابلة للتحويل إلى موارد سياحية، مما من شأنه يجعل من التنمية السياحية بها محركا أساسيا لتنمية ريفية مستدامة. وفي هذا السياق ستناول بالدراسة أرياف كل من الجزائر والمغرب، باعتبار ما تتمتع به في عمومها من رصيد سياحي معتبر ، ولو أنه في حالات عديدة ظل مجهولا أو مهملا، وذلك بغرض لفت الانتباه إلى دور الاستثمار السياحي في تحريك هذه الأقاليم، ومن ثم فتح آفاق واسعة في مجال التنمية الإقليمية.
