تهدف هذه الدراسة بشكل رئيس إلى بيان الأثر السالب لإساءة استخدام الوسائل التقنية الحديثة الاتصال الحديثة على تكوين الشخصية الإسلامية، ومقدار ما في ذلك من مخاطر تهدد العقل والنفس في الشخص المسلم. وقد حوت الدراسة الجوانب التالية: 1. تكوين الشخصية الإسلامية. 2. وفلسفة استخدام التقانه الحديثة من وجهة النظر الإسلامية. 3. ومحتوى وسائل الاتصال. 4. وتأثير الأساليب المستخدمة فيها. 5. التأثير السالب لتلك الأساليب. 6. وإساءة استخدام المتلقين لوسائل الاتصال. واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. القائم على عرض المعلومات. وتحليلها وفقًا للأصول والمبادئ الإسلامية، وصولًا للنتائج الصحيحة.
This research basically aims to clear the negative effect for misusing the modern communications means on consistence of the Islamic character and dangers that threading the mined and feelings of Muslims. This research contains following sides : 1/ Consistence Islamic character. 2/ Philosophy of using modem means form Islamic ideology. 3/ The context of the communications means 4/ The effects of these means, and the misusing of it. The researcher depends on the analytic and results 1/ The importance of the Islamic philosophy rule inconsistence the Islamic character and preserving from misconduct. 2/Islamic jurisprudence permit owner ship the techniques meant and its products and encourage discovering.
