المستخلص: في إطار مشروع الموسوم : " التربية للجميع " نحو إدماج الأطفال في حالة إعاقة في النظام التربوي الجامع في الجزائر ، تم في سنة 2010 اجراء دراسة حول تشخيص محلي للعوائق والمسهلات لتعلم الأطفال في حالة إعاقة ، وذلك اشراف المنظمة العالمية للإعاقة مع شركائها الجمعيات الجزائرية . وقد ركز التشخيص المحلي أساسا على الأطفال في حالة إعاقة والمتمدرسين في المدارس العادية والذين لا يستفيدون بصفة نظامية من محيط استقبالي مرحب وجامع يسمح لهم من استيعاب الدروس ويستجيب لاحتياجاتهم الخاصة المعبر عنها من طرف المستجوبين .

As part of a project entitled "Education for all: towards the inclusion of children with disabilities in the Algerian educational system" launched in 2010, Handicap International and partnerAlgerian associations conducted a local diagnosis of barriers and facilitators of the education of children with disabilities. The local diagnosis focused primarily on children with disabilities already enrolled in a regular school but not receiving regular, structured, welcoming and inclusive environment allowing them to access learning. This article is timely as it sheds light on the key barriers and facilitators to participation and inclusion of children with disabilities in schools as well as on specific needs of the target groups.

Dans le cadre d’un projet intitulé «Education pour tous: vers l’inclusion des enfants en situation de handicap dans le système éducatif algérien » lancé en 2010, Handicap international et les associations partenaires Algériennes ont mené un diagnostic local sur les obstacles et les facilitateurs de l’éducation des enfants en situation de handicap. Le diagnostic local s'est concentré principalement sur les enfants en situation de handicap déjà inscrits dans une école publique mais ne bénéficiant pas de manière régulière et structurée d’un environnement accueillant et inclusif leur permettant d’accéder aux apprentissages ,et répondre à leurs besoins spécifiques exprimés par les groupes cibles.
