This research reveals the level of the Emotional Intelligence found in Egyptian private colleges regarding its dimensions. Furthermore the study shed lights the Emotional Intelligence determinants, consequences and its impact upon the organizational commitment application requirements as a determinant for lifework quality in Egyptian private owned universities. The research aim to explore the possibility of distinguishing between different categories of (staff- employees) in terms of the Emotional Intelligence on the one hand, and its impact upon organizational commitment on the other study will be conducted to a random sample of 385 individual (academic staff members-employees) been chosen of members records The study aims to determine the variables affecting Emotional Intelligence that help in achieving academic goals positively and effectively.
