لقد عرف الاقتصاد الرأسمالي منذ نشأته أزمات متعاقبة كانت السبب في تأقلمه وتطورات الاقتصاد العالمي، وبسبب تطور تكنولوجيات الإعلام والاتصال حدثت نقلة نوعية في طبيعة الاقتصاد العالمي جعلت أزماته تنتقل من أزمات فائض إنتاج إلى أزمات مالية تبدأ في السوق المالية لتنعكس تداعياتها على الاقتصاد الحقيقي. ويرمي هذا المقال إلى تشخيص وتحليل الأسباب الضمنية للأزمة الاقتصادية العالمية الراهنة وتقديم الحلول المناسبة لاحتوائها مهما كانت الابتكارات المالية وتكنولوجيا الإعلام والاتصال الجديدة المتسببة فيها. The current global economic crisis and the information and communication technology: spreading factors and remedy elements. The capitalism has experienced series of crises which were beyond its rebirth and its adaptation to the evolution of the global economy. With the revolution of NTIC, the global economy has known a radical change, making the start of crises ,which were not characterized by overproduction, but were initially financial and had an impact on real economy. The purpose of this article is to identify and analyze the underlying causes of the current global economic crisis and suggest solutions to overcome it whatever the role played either by financial innovation or by NTIC. La crise économique mondiale actuelle et les technologies de l’information et de la communication: facteurs de propagation et éléments de réponse aux failles. Le capitalisme a connu toute une série de crises qui constituent la raison d’être de sa renaissance et de son adaptation à l'évolution de l'économie mondiale. Avec la révolution des NTIC, on a assisté à une transformation radicale dans l’économie mondiale caractérisée non pas par des crises de surproduction mais plutôt des crises financières qui, parties du marché financier, se répercutent sur l'économie réelle. Le but de cet article est de diagnostiquer et d’analyser les causes sous-jacentes de la crise économique mondiale actuelle et de proposer les solutions permettant de la surmonter quel que soit le rôle joué par l’innovation financière ou par les NTIC. |
