المستخلص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على جهود منظمة الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة جرائم الاتجار بالبشر، وقد وضحنا فيها جهود الأجهزة الرئيسية للأمم المتحدة في مكافحة هذه الجرائم، مبينين إسهامات الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة، المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي، وكذا الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة في مكافحة جرائم الاتجار بالبشر، كما تحدثنا عن جهود الوكالات المتخصصة التابعة للأمم المتحدة في مكافحة هذا النمط الإجرامي من خلال دور منظمة الهجرة الدولية وكذلك منظمة العمل الدولية واليونيسيف، دون أن ننسى الحديث عن جهود مجلس حقوق الإنسان في مكافحة جرائم الاتجار بالبشر، وختمنا دراستنا هذه بخاتمة تضمنت بعض النتائج والتوصيات.

The present study aims to highlight the efforts of the United Nations in its fight against human trade. It also aims to shed the light on the efforts of the United Nations principal organs in fighting against this crime. Contributions of the General Assembly of the United Nations, the Economic and Social Council, as well as the General Secretary of the UN in the fight against crimes of human trade are also discussed as well as the efforts deployed by the specialized agencies of the United Nations, as the International Organization for Migration, the international Labour Organization and the UNICEF in addition to the efforts of Human Rights Council. Some findings and recommendations were the conclusion of our study.

La présente étude vise à mettre en lumière les efforts de l'organisation des nations unies ainsi que ceux de ses principaux organes dans la lutte contre le crime de la traite des êtres humains, elle vise aussi à mettre au jour les contributions de l'assemblée générale des Nations Unies, du Conseil économique et social, et du Secrétaire général de l'ONU dans la lutte contre ce crime. Nous traitons aussi les efforts des institutions spécialisées des Nations Unies telles que l 'Organisation internationale pour les migrations, l’Organisation internationale du Travail et l'UNICEF dans leur lutte contre ce crime, ainsi que les efforts déployés par le Conseil des droits de l'homme pour lutter contre la traite des êtres humains. En guise de conclusion nous présentons les résultats et recommandations proposés.
