المستخلص: يعتبر التحليل القطاعي اليوم من الممارسات الأكثر استعمالا كأداة لاتخاذ القرارات، ومن خلال دراسة التيارات الفكرية للاقتصاد الصناعي، لا سيما المتعلقة باليات القيام  قطاعية، تعد المقاربة التطورية الأكثر إقناعا، حيث أنها تصورت نموذجا يتألف من جملة ميكنزمات للانتقاء (أو ما يسمى بنظام المنافسة)، هذا الأخير يتحدد من خلال تفاعل دائم بين حقول الدراسة (الشروط القاعدية، المنافسة، الهياكل، سلوك الأعوان والأداء). يهدف هذا المقال إلى إثبات سداد منهجية التحليل المتبعة، من الناحية النظرية، لمحاولة تطبيقها لدراسة قطاع البتر وكيمياء في الجزائر.

The sectoral analysis today, introduces a practice widely prevalent, used as a tool for decision support. Through the currents of the industrial economy, relating to the sector study methods, the evolutionary approach seems to be the most conclusive. This one develops a model that provides a set of mechanisms of selection (competition regime), in which the fields of study (basic conditions, competition, structures, behaviors and performance) will be put in permanent interaction. The article aims to validate the theoretical relevance of this methodology, to try its application on the petrochemical sector in Algeria.

L’analyse sectorielle présente, aujourd'hui, une pratique largement répandue, utilisée comme instrument d’aide à la décision. A travers les courants de l’économie industrielle, relatifs aux méthodes de réalisation de l’étude sectorielle, l’approche évolutionniste semble être la plus probante. Celle - ci conçoit un modèle qui prévoit un ensemble de mécanismes de sélection appelé (régime de concurrence), dans lequel les champs d’étude (conditions de base, concurrence, structures, comportements et performances) seront mis en interaction permanente. L'article a pour but de valider la pertinence théorique de cette méthodologie, pour tenter sa mise en application sur le secteur pétrochimique en Algérie.
