المستخلص: يعالج هذا المقال تطور النظام التربوي الجزائري منذ الاستقلال وعلاقته بالتنمية الاقتصادية لمعالجة مؤشرات كفايته الإنتاجية واكتشاف مختلف التغيرات التي تعرض لها بعد الإصلاحات التربوية المتكررة. فهذا النظام مفتوح على البيئة، ويمكن تقويم أدائه وتحسينه بتطوير مدخلاته، عملياته ومخرجاته؛ خصوصا مع ظهور المنظور الاقتصادي للتربية المساهمة في التنمية الاجتماعية، حيث تقوم بإعداد أفرد ذوي كفاءات عالية بهدف تحقيق متطلبات التنمية اقتصادية.

This essay analyzes the evolution of the Algerian education system in its relationship with economic development since independence, to examine indicators of the efficiency of its productivity and discover the various changes it has undergone, especially after repeated educational reforms. This system has the ability to evaluate and improve its performance through the development of its resources, especially with the emergence of the economic perspective of education, through preparing highly qualified individuals in order to meet the requirements of economic development.

Cet essai analyse l'évolution du système éducatif algérien dans sa relation avec le développement économique depuis l'indépendance. Il examine les indicateurs qui déterminent l'efficience de sa productivité et l’effet des différents changements induits par les réformes successives. En effet ce système offre la possibilité d’améliorer ses performances à travers le développement de ses ressources, particulièrement depuis la confirmation d'une perspective économique de l'éducation, qui vise à préparer des individus hautement qualifiés pour la réalisation des exigences du développement économique.
