|a يتناول موضوع البحث مسألة التنفّذ الاجتماعي المحلي في المجال الريفي القبلي زمن الاستعمار الفرنسي، حيث تركز العمل حول دراسة نموذج لشريحتين اجتماعيتين مهنيتين وهما عدول الإشهاد وأمناء الفلاحة بمنطقة عقارب ذات الخصوصية الريفية القبلية، باعتبارهما من النخب الاجتماعية المحلية ذات المكانة الاجتماعية والمعنوية والاقتصادية. وقد تجاوزنا المفهوم النظري للشرائح الاجتماعية نحو محاولة فهم أشمل وأدق لخصائص هاتين الشريحتين الاجتماعيتين ضمن إطارهما المحلي وإبراز أدوارهما وواقعهما الخاص المتميز بتراتبية اجتماعية واقتصادية تعددت أسبابها واختلفت مظاهرها من فئة إلى أخرى ومن فرد إلى آخر.\n لقد سعى كل من عدول الإشهاد وأمناء الفلاحة بعقارب إلى المحافظة على نفوذهما الاجتماعي والاقتصادي ومحاولة التأقلم مع الأوضاع الجديدة التي فرضتها سلطة الحماية الفرنسية من خلال تدعيم الثوابت التقليدية للوجاهة الاجتماعية "الحسب والنسب" ومزجها بمحددات جديدة داعمة لهذه المكانة على غرار التعليم العصري والتكوين المهني بما سمح بوجود استمرارية مهنية داخل العائلة الواحدة.\n كما أظهرت النتائج البحثية أن طبيعة العلاقة بين الأهالي وعدول الإشهاد وأمناء الفلاحة تميزت بالتذبذب والمراوحة بين الرفض والقبول، في حين طغى مبدأ المصلحة المتبادلة والامتيازات وطابع الولاء والمهادنة للحكومة الفرنسية على العلاقة بين هاتين الشريحتين الاجتماعيتين والسلطات الفرنسية، وهو ما يفسر غياب دورهما في النضال الوطني ضد السياسة الاستعمارية الفرنسية

|f The study deals with the issue of local social implementation in the tribal rural area during the period of French colonization, where the work focused on studying a model of two professional social groups they are notaries and trustees of agriculture in the Aqarib region of rural and tribal peculiarity, As local social elites of social, moral and economic status. We have gone beyond the theoretical concept of the social section towards a more comprehensive understanding of the characteristics of these two social segments within their local framework and to highlight their special roles and reality, which are distinguished by social and economic hierarchies, whose causes varied from one category to another and from one individual to another. \nBoth Notary publics and the trustees of agriculture have sought to preserve their social and economic influence and to adapt to the new conditions imposed by the French protection authority by reinforcing the traditional constants of social integrity and "family status and pedigree " and blending it with new determinants of this status, such as modern education and vocational training, with professional continuity within the same family. \nThe results of the study also showed that the nature of the relationship between the civilians and the Notary publics and the trustees of agriculture was characterized by the hesitation between the rejection and acceptance, while the principle of mutual interest and privileges and the nature of loyalty and appeasement of the French government dominated the relationship between these two social sections and the French authorities, which explains the absence of their role in the national struggle against French colonial policy.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
