|a هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تحديد الخصائص السيكومترية من صدق وثبات لاستبيان محتوى العمل (JCQ) Job Content Questionnaire لكارازاك Karazek في البيئة الجزائرية، ولهذه الغاية قامت الباحثة بترجمة النسخة الأصلية من الاستبيان إلى اللغة العربية، ثم تم تطبيق النسخة المعربة بعد التأكد من سلامة الترجمة على عينة عشوائية قوامها(163) أستاذ التعليم الابتدائي من ولاية أم البواقي. أسفرت نتائج الدراسة المتعلقة بصدق مفهوم الاستبيان المعرب عن وجود دلالات اتساق داخلي مرتفعة ودالة بين البنود وأبعادها الرئيسية والفرعية، وبين الأبعاد والدرجة الكلية، كما تمتع الاستبيان المعرب بدرجات صدق تمييزي عال، وأسفر التحليل العاملي للاستبيان ظهور سبعة عوامل، حظى الاستبيان المعرب بثبات مرتفع، فمن خلال طريقة التطبيق مرة واحدة قدر معامل الثبات بالتجزئة النصفية (0.699)، وتراوح معامل ألفا كرونباخ بين (0.55-0.802)، أما من حيث ثبات الاستقرار، فقد كانت معاملات الارتباط بين التطبيق وإعادة التطبيق عالية حيث تراوحت بين (0.683-0.884)

|f The current studied aimed to identify the psychometric characteristics, in terms of reliability and consistency, for the “Job Content Questionnaire” (JCQ) designed by Karazek, in respect to the Algerian environment. To fulfil this purpose, the researcher translated the original copy of the questionnaire into the Arabic language.\nFollowing verification of the soundness of the translation, the Arabic version was then applied upon a random sample of 163 teachers of the primary school level in the province of Umm al-Bohaki.\nThe study related to the reliability of the concept of the translated questionnaire produced results concerning the presence of indications of a high and indicative internal consistency between the items and their main and branch dimensions, and between the dimensions and overall degree.\nThe questionnaire enjoyed degrees of a high level of reliability and from the factor analysis of the questionnaire, seven factors emerged; the questionnaire had a high level of reliability. Through the single application approach the reliability coefficient of the mid-division (0.699) and the Alpha Cronbach coefficient fluctuated between (0.55 - 0.802). As for consistency, then the coefficients of linkage between the application and re-application were high in the case where they fluctuated between (0.683 - 0.884).\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
