المستخلص: يعد أبو العباس أحمد بن يحى الونشريسي أحد أقطاب الفقه المالكي. انتفعت به الأمة الإسلامية حيا من خلال دروسه وفتاويه، وميتا بما خلفه وراءه من علماء ومؤلفات، خاصة المتعلقة منها بالنوازل الفقهية مثل المعيار المعرب والجامع المغرب عن فتاوى علماء إفريقية والأندلس والمغرب. لقد أشار الونشريسي في معياره إلى نوازل كثيرة مست مختلف الميادين. ففي المجال الثقافي، أماط اللثام عن الأحوال التي كان عليها التعليم في المغرب الأوسط على عهده، مشيرا إلى تنوع المؤسسات التعليمية من كتاتيب ومساجد ومدارس وزوايا، وبين واجبات المعلمين، وظروف تمدرس الصبيان. كما أكد صاحب المعيار على وجود المناظرات العلمية، وبروز أسر علمية كأسرة العقباني وأسرة ابن مرزوق اللتان أنجبتا علماء أجلاء ذاع صيتهم مشرقا ومغربا في مختلف الأرجاء. وقد نوه بالمجهودات التي بذلها السلاطين والحكام من بني مرين وبني زيان تشجيعا للحركة العلمية في تلمسان، باستقطابهم للعلماء وتفننهم في العمران، ولم يخف الونشريسي تردي أوضاع التعليم في دولة بني عبد الواد في أواخر عهد آل زيان، مبررا ذلك بإسناد هذه المهمة النبيلة إلى الجهلة من بني الإنسان.

Abul Abbas Ahmed Ibn Yahya Al-Wonshri is one of the leaders of the Maliki's jurisprudence. The Islamic nation benefited from him, in his life, through his lessons and fatwas, and also after his death, it benefited from what he has left behind of scholars and writings , especially those related to the jurisprudential issues such as the book of "Al-me'yar Al-mo'arab wal jame' Al-mogharab" about the fatwas of the scholars from Africa , Andalusia and Morocco. In his book "Al-me'yar", Al-Wonshri referred to many the jurisprudential issues in different fields. In the cultural field, he revealed the education conditions in Al-Maghreb Al-Awsat at his era, pointing to the diversity of the educational institutions, such as Katatib (small institution for educating pupils), mosques, schools and quicksilvers, between the duties of teachers and the conditions of the boys' education. In the book "Al-me'yar", he also discussed the existence of the scientific debates, and the emergence of some scientific families such as the family of Al-aqbany and the family of Ibn Marzouq, who brought major scholars that have become bright and famous in the East and the West and in different places. He also referred to the efforts exerted by the sultans and rulers of Beni Marin and Beni Zian to encourage the scientific movement in Tlemcen by attracting the scholars to the city. Al-Wanshari did not conceal the deterioration of the educational situation in the state of Bani Abd Al-Wad in the late era of the Al-Zayyan, and he justified this by assigning this noble task to the ignorant of the human beings.This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
