|a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إلقاء الضوء على الإصلاح السياسي في الأردن وأثر إرادة التغير لدى النظام السياسي الأردني في تحقيقه. كما انطلقت الدراسة من فرضية مفادها بوجود علاقة بين الإصلاح السياسي وإرادة التغيير لدى النظام السياسي الأردني، وحاولت الدراسة الإجابة عن السؤال المحوري وهو ما مدى إرادة التغيير التي يمتلكها النظام السياسي الأردني لتحقيق الإصلاح السياسي المنشود؟ وتوصلت الدراسة إلى نتيجة مفادها أنه لا وجود للإصلاح السياسي في ظل غياب إرادة حقيقية من قبل النظام السياسي، فلإصلاح السياسي مرتبط ارتباطاً وثيقاً بإرادة النظام السياسي.

|b This study discusses political reform in Jordan and the impact of the Jordanian will to change in achieving it. It is based on a hypothesis which assumes that there is a relationship between political reform and the Jordanian political system’s will to change and tries to answer the main question: What is the extent of the will to change that the Jordanian political system possesses to achieve the required political reform? The study concludes that political reform does not exist in the absence of real will by the political system as political reform is closely related to the will of the political system.
