المستخلص: The study is about Teacher's educational role from the points of view of the school headmasters and the educational supervisorslt sheds light on the educational teacher’s role that is the comer stone of the educational process as it is the base upon which both learner and curriculum depend. A view to the great role of teacher, his educational and teaching duties require having knowledge and agreeing upon the roles that teacher performs and arc shown with various shapes and colours. Some of these roles may be inherited from the social environment to which teacher belongs, or may be learned through the experience that is derived from the interaction in the educational context that copes with finding as well as with the contextual and social views based upon using the requirements of the scientific and educational situations that teacher is charged to achieve. The Aims of the Study The current study aims at: -shedding the light on teacher's roles in the educational institutions. -identifying the most applicable role by teacher to deal with the learners in the classroom, -identifying the most known negative words that teacher uses in the classroom, finally. -learning the reasons of the weakness in the teacher's obligation to perform his educational and social roles. The Findings of the Study The study reaches to these findings: there are set of factors that influence the educational role of the teacher, such as: -the huge number of pupils in the school in general, and in the classroom. -the absence of the social or psychological researcher that makes teacher shoulders the task of teaching the tools for positive accuracy. -the lack of the interaction and cooperation between the school and home. -the lack or the weakness of the educational aids that helps the teacher to achieve his educational duties. -the lack of the programmes and the tools that reduce the educational, social and psychological stresses that pupil suffers from and the weak qualification of the teacher.
