The purpose of the study is to impact the Hellenic Effect in Arab culture, and detection of Arab efforts of scientists in understanding the theory of simulation, and touch their understanding of the extent of matching or opposing him. The findings of this study, based on inductive historical approach to a range of outcomes, including: the imagination of scientists from the Aristotelian theory of the position, did not respect its understanding of whether or not, but a question of subjecting the same concept and adapted to the culture of private scientists from religious and philosophical and Arab. And that the Arab concept exceeded the purpose of the imagination that restrict Aristotle in the cleansing of the emotions to pay the receiver to improve the thing or offend it. The study recommended the need rooming idea the poetic imagination when formulating curricula for kindergartens, schools, the foundation's education. And the need for further studies on the commonalities between Nations creativity in the arts and the impact of the Arab World Heritage creativity and influence it.
تناولت هذه الدراسة نظرية المحاكاة لأرسطو كما فهمها فلاسفة الإسلام ونقاد الشعر وعبروا عنها بالتخييل. وذلك نتيجة لما صحب هذا المفهوم من لبس جعله هدفا لألوان لا حصر لها من الفهم المتباين. فهدفت الدراسة إلى كشف الأثر الهيلينى في الثقافة العربية، وكشف جهود العلماء العرب في فهم نظرية المحاكاة، وتلمس مدى مطابقة فهمهم أو معارضتهم له. وتوصلت هذه الدراسة استنادا على المنهج التاريخي الاستقرائي إلى مجموعة من النتائج منها: أن موقف العلماء من نظرية التخييل الأرسطية، لم يكن يتعلق بفهمها من عدمه، ولكن المسألة تتعلق بإخضاع المفهوم نفسه وتكييفه لثقافة العلماء الخاصة من دينية وفلسفية وعربية. وأن المفهوم العربي تخطى الغاية من التخييل التي حصرها أرسطو في التطهير من الانفعالات إلى دفع المتلقي إلى تحسين الشيء أو تقبيحه. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة استصحاب فكرة التخييل عند صياغة مناهج شعرية تعليمية لرياض الأطفال ومدارس تعليم الأساس. وضرورة إجراء مزيد من الدراسات حول القواسم المشتركة بين إبداع الأمم في الفنون ومدى تأثر الأبداع العربي بالتراث العالمي وتأثيره فيه.
