هدفت الدارسة إلى معرفة واقع الممارسة الفعلية للتربية العملية كلية التربية جامعة البحر الأحمر كلية التربية وذلك لمعرفة مواطن القوة لدعمها، ومواطن الضعف لمعالجتها، وقد اتبعت الدراسة في طرح موضوعاتها المنهج الوصفي من خلال المراجعة النظرية للأدب التربوي الذي تناول التربية العملية ومن تجربة الباحثة المستقاة من خلال فترة عملها كمشرف ورئيس شعبة التربية العملية منذ العام 2002 م وحتى العام 2012 م. ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة، إن كلية التربية أفردت لتدريب الطالب/المعلم مدة عام كامل (فصلين دراسيين)، بينما الكليات الأخرى تفرد فصلا دراسيا واحدا، وكذلك يقوم بالإشراف على التربية العملية أعضاء هيئة تدريس تم إعدادهم لهذا البرنامج ومعظمهم نال درجة الدكتوراه في التربية. إن معظم إدارات المدارس تفتقر الخبرة الفنية والإدارية الإشرافية، كما أن معظم المدارس تفتقر المواصفات الإنشائية والتجهيزات الفنية المطلوبة. قلة وجود معلم متعاون كفء يتم اختياره للقيام بالدور الإشرافي على الطالب /المعلم، يعود إلى ضعف الميزانية الخاصة بالتربية العملية في الكلية. كما قدمت الدراسة بعض التوصيات من أهمها: تطوير برنامج التربية من ناحية التنظيم والإعداد والإشراف بتكوين قسم خاص للتربية العملية مع توفير المعينات اللازمة لذلك، إنشاء معمل خاص للتدريب بالكلية يحتوي على مكتبة إلكترونية، ومعمل للتدريس المصغر، قاعة لحصص المعاينات والحصص النموذجية، العمل على تأهيل وتدريب مشرفي التربية العملية وفقا لمتطلبات المدرسة الذكية، توطيد العلاقة مع وزارة التربية والتعليم بالولاية وعمل حلقات نقاش لتبصير إدارات المدارس بدورهم الفعال تجاه التربية العملية.
This study aimed to investigate the experience of the actual practice of students teachers training programme in Faculty of Education, Red Sea University in order to identify points of strengths to support, and those of weaknesses to amend. The study followed the descriptive approach through reviewing educational literature, which dealt with practical training of students teachers. in addtion to the researcher’s experience as a supervisor and head of the Division of Practical Education from 2002 till 2012 was also utilized. The study found that the Faculty of Education train students teachers for a full year (two semesters), whereas other colleges devote only one semester. Moreover, the Practical Education is carried out by faculty members especially qualified for this program; most of them have gained PhD degree in education. Most school boards lack the technical expertise and administrative supervisory. They also lack construction specifications and the required technical equipment. Lack of an efficient collaborator teacher to supervise the student teacher training programme at schools; and the insufficient budget for students teachers training process allocated by the Faculty of Education for this activity. The study recommended developing a training program in terms of organization, preparation and supervision; establishing a special section of the training process with the provision of facilities; establishing special Lab for training with electronic library, lab for micro-teaching; and a hall for training classes, preparation and training of supervisors of practical education process according to the requirements of the smart school. Strengthening the relationship with the Ministry of Education of the Red Sea state and conducting workshops to empoer school administrations to carry their effective role in the training of students teachers.
