The various cities in the world have registered rapid urban growth, in line with the demographic growth witnessed by the world as a whole, in addition to increasing the needs and requirements of the population in the urban centers. As the transformation and Urban sprawl within its general framework and significance, become one of the most important problems and issues in both developed and developing societies. It became necessary to control the complex urban systems of cities. It must also know how to deal and coordinate with them by all private bodies in order to achieve comprehensive development away from the unplanned urban sprawl of the city (slums). Our study of this topic "the manifestations of urban transformation and expansion prospects of the city" is a response to the dynamics of urban transformation and social change. These manifestations prevail in the desert cities, especially the city of Laghouat in Algeria that has witnessed a pace of an ideal acceleration since the 21st century, whether in social construction or in urban textiles adopted by the Housing or Urban Development Directorates, in order to develop and promote the city. Aussi, le phénomène urbain illustré par l’Extension de la ville, tend à faire disparaître les modes de production antérieurs, pour enfin revenir à cette dynamique qui caractérise l’espace de la ville défini, depuis sa création par la superposition de plusieurs formes urbaines. Ces formes ne sont rien d’autre que l’interprétation des signes et des symboles, aussi variés que porte chacune des civilisations du passé. notre étude portera sur « la transformation et l’extension de la ville de Laghouat » , La ville de Laghouat qui souffre des mêmes problèmes de toute les villes algériennes, mais se caractérise par des aspects spécifiques car se trouve à la porte des espaces sahariens, et les stratégies du colonialisme français étaient une raison de son existence, mais après l’indépendance la ville a commencée a s’élargir aux dépends des terres agricoles à l’enceinte des palmeraies au point ou l’extension est devenus un risque sur toute l’oasis. La croissance démesurée était arbitraire sans assurer le minimum de continuité avec le centre originel, entre autre il est anarchiquement que sa soit dans son architecture ou sa construction. لقد سجلت مختلف المدن في العالم نموا حضريا سريعا، تزامنا مع النمو الديموغرافي الذي يشهده العالم ككل بالإضافة إلى زيادة احتياجات ومستلزمات السكان في المراكز الحضرية، فلذى أضحت عمليات التحول والتوسع العمراني في إطارها ومدلولها العام من أهم الإشكالات والقضايا المطروحة في المجتمعات المتقدمة والنامية علي السواء، حيث أصبح من الضروري التحكم في النظم العمرانية المركبة للمدن، كما يجب معرفة كيفية التعامل والتنسيق معها من طرف كل الهيئات الخاصة من اجل إحداث تنمية شاملة بعيدا عن التوسع العمراني الغير المخطط للمدينة (الأحياء العشوائية). إن دراستنا هذه الموسومة "مظاهر التحول العمراني وأفاق التوسع للمدينة" تأتي استجابة لحركية التحـول العمرانـي والتغير الاجتماعي، والذي يسود المدن الصحراوية، وخاصة مدينة الأغواط، الجزائر، التي شهدت منذ القرن الواحد والعشـرين وتيرة تسارع مثالية، سواء كان ذلك في البناء الاجتماعي أو في النسيج العمراني المتبع من طرف مديريـة السـكن أو مديريـة التهيئة العمرانية، وذلك لتنمية وترقية المدينة. |
