|f The urban development in the desert cities is one of the major challenges for the country. The latter has adopted this approach to resort to investment, especially investment in the housing sector, as an effective means of providing housing for the individuals in line with the rapid demographic growth of society. |d Le souci majeur de l’état, aujourd’hui, est bel et bien le développement urbain dans les villes sahariennes. Cette préoccupation conçue parfois comme un défi, trouve sa résolution dans le fait de promouvoir des stratégies d’investissements durables, intégrés dans le secteur du logement social. \nDonc, l’investissement constitue un puissant catalyseur de l’innovation et de la croissance économique qui peut faire face à la croissance démographique ; et garantit l’urbanisation des villes au Sahara ou saharienne.

|a تعتبر التنمية الحضرية في المدن الصحراوية أحد التحديات الكبرى للدولة، وقد اعتمدت هذه الأخيرة في سبيل تحقيـق هذه التنمية إلى اللجوء للاستثمار خاصة الاستثمار في قطاع السكن، باعتباره وسيلة ناجعة في توفير السكنات للأفراد بما يتوافق مع النمو الديمغرافي السريع للمجتمع ونظرا لأهمية السكن باعتباره من أهم المشاكل التي تواجهها المجتمعات، فقد كان للاستثمار في قطاع السكن الدور الفعال في النهوض بالمناطق الصحراوية والخروج بها إلى مرتقى المدن الحضرية الكبرى.
