المستخلص: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى التعرف على واقع تجارب دول المغرب العربي في مجال أداء القطاع الفلاحي، من حيث مساهمته في النمو الاقتصادي وتنويع الاقتصاد وتقوية الأمن الغذائي وتقليص الفجوة الغذائية وتحسين ظروف معيشة سكان الريف وحكامة القطاع الفلاحي والريفي. ناهيك عن ذلك، يهدف هذا البحث إلى تحليل أهم التحديات التي يفرزها النظام التجاري المتعدد الأطراف على القطاع الفلاحي في دول المغرب العربي.

Cet article a pour objectif de procéder à un état des lieux sur les expériences nationales des pays du Maghreb arabes en matière sur la performance du secteur agricole , en termes de contribution à la croissance économique et la diversification de l’ économie et de renforcer la sécurité alimentaire et réduire l’écart alimentaire et améliorer les conditions de vie rurale et la gouvernance du secteur agricole et rural.
Enfin , il a pour objectif d’attirer l’attention sur analyse les impacts de l’adhésion à le système commercial multilatéral , sur le secteur agricole des pays du Maghreb arabes.

This paper aims to identify the experiences of the Arab Maghreb countries in the field of the performance of the agricultural sector, in terms of its contribution to economic growth, diversification of the economy, strengthening food security, reducing the food gap, improving the living conditions of the rural population and the governance of the agricultural and rural sector. This research also aims to analyse the most critical challenges posed by the multilateral trading system to the farm sector in the Maghreb.
