The work done in language sciences and cognitive psychology was emphasized on the knowledge of the reader in understanding the texts. In this article, we will focus on the understanding of the Algerian legal texts considered as univocal. We will try to show the part of the reader's knowledge in the construction of the meaning of these texts that are particular not only by their linguistic, discursive and linguistic specificities but also by their cultural and ethics aspect. Les travaux menés en sciences du langage et en psychologie cognitive ont souligné la part des connaissances du lecteur dans la compréhension des textes. Nous nous intéresserons, dans le présent article, à la compréhension des textes juridiques algériens considérés comme univoques. Nous essayerons de montrer la part des connaissances du lecteur dans la construction du sens de ces textes qui ne se démarquent pas uniquement par leurs spécificités langagière, discursive et linguistique mais aussi par leur aspect culturel, éthique. أكدت الأبحاث في مجالات علوم اللسان وعلم النفس المعرفي على الدور الذي تلعبه معارف القارئ في فهم النصوص، المعنى الذي يكونه القارئ عن النص لم يعد يعتبر ناتجا عن تنشيط المعلومات المتواجدة في النص لكن ينتج عن تفاعل القارئ مع النص بتكملة المعنى بمعلوماته الشخصية عن الموضوع المطروح في النص. ستتطرق في هذا المقال إلى فهم النصوص القانونية الجزائرية التي تعتبر إنها تحتوي على معنى واحد. سنحاول إظهار دور معارف القارئ في فهم هذه النصوص التي لا تتميز قط بخصوصيات لغوية وخطابية، وإنما أيضا بجانبها الثقافي. |
