|a التربية الروحية والتنشئة الاجتماعية في ظل القيم الاجتماعية الايجابية،والمبادئ الدينية ليست حكرا على المؤسسات المجتمعية الرسمية فحسب، وإنما هي مسؤولية جميع أفراد المجتمع، خاصة أولئك الذين أخذوا على عاتقهم مهمة تعزيز القيم الدينية وروح المواطنة - في ظل التعاليم الإسلامية - في نفوس النشء، ليجعلوا منهم بارين، صالحين وفاعلين في المجتمع، فأخذوا ينتظمون في شكل جمعيات ومنظمات مستندين لأسس ومبادئ ذات مرجعية دينية، ووفاء للعهود التي قطعوها،واحتراما للقوانين التي سنوها يقومون بأفعال ترمي في مجملها إلى غرس المواطنة، وتعزيز سمات المواطن الفاعل في المجتمع. من هؤلاء نجد الكشافة الإسلامية هذه المنظمة التي تنشط في كل زمان ومكان وتسعى للإصلاح والبناء ولا تنتظر في ذلك جزاء ولا شكورا .\n من هذا المنطلق جاءت هذه الورقة لتناول موضوع النشاط الكشفي وتعزيز سمات المواطن الفاعل في المجتمع الجزائري، وهي محاولة للوقوف على دور الكشافة الاسلامية الجزائرية بوصفها حركة تربوية شبابية تطوعية في اكساب النشء روح المواطنة حتى يتمكن من الاسهام في خدمة مجتمعه وبطرح التساؤلات:\n01-\tما هو مفهوم المواطنة في الدين الاسلامي؟\n02-\tما هي سمات المواطن الفاعل من المنظور الاسلامي؟\n03-\tكيف ظهرت الحركة الكشفية في الجزائر؟\n04-\tماهي المبادئ الأساسية التي تقوم عليها، والأهداف التي تسعى لتحقيقها؟\n05-\tوفيما تتمثل الأساليب التي تعتمدها هذه المنظمة لتعزيز سمات المواطنة الفاعلة في نفوس النشء وما الوسائل المستخدمة في ذلك؟\nولتناول الاشكال ومحاولة الاجابة عن بعض تساؤلاته سيتم التطرق الى:\nالمواطنة في الدين الاسلامي\nسمات المواطن الفاعل من المنظورالاسلامي\nلمحة تاريخية عن ظهور الحركة الكشفية في الجزائر\nالمبادئ التي تقوم عليها والاهداف التي تسعى من اجل تحقيقها \nالاساليب المعتمدة والوسائل المستخدمة لتجسيد الاهداف المسطرة \nاهم البرامج والانشطة المنجزة في اطار تعزيز روح المواطنة وسبغ سمات المواطن الفاعل في النشء الجزائري

|f Spiritual education and socialization in the light of positive social values, religious principles are not only the exclusive domain of official community institutions, but also the responsibility of all members of society, especially those who have taken up the responsibility of promoting religious values and the spirit of citizenship - under Islamic teachings. - In the minds of young people, in order to make them righteous, righteous and active in society, they are organized in the form of associations and organizations based on religious principles and principles, and in compliance with the promises they have made, and in respect of the laws they have adopted, they carry out actions aimed at instilling citizenship and enhancing the characteristics of the active citizen in the society. Among these, we find the Islamic Scouts, an organization that has been active in every time and place and seeks reform and construction, and does not wait for any reward or punishment for that. \nFrom this point of view, this paper seeks to address the subject of scouting activity and enhancing the characteristics of the active citizen in Algerian society. It seeks to answer the following questions in an attempt to identify the role of the Algerian Islamic Scouts as a voluntary youth educational movement in giving young people the spirit of citizenship so that they can contribute in service of their society. \n1.\tWhat is the concept of citizenship in the Islamic religion? \n2.\tWhat are the characteristics of the active citizen from the Islamic perspective? \n3.\tHow did the Scout Movement emerge in Algeria? \n4.\tWhat are the basic principles on which it is based and the objectives it seeks to achieve? \n5.\tWhat are the methods used by this organization to promote the characteristics of active citizenship in young people and what means are used to do so?\n In order to deal with the issue and try to answer some of the questions, we will address\n•\tCitizenship in the Islamic religion\n•\tCharacteristics of the active citizen from the Islamic perspective \n•\tA historical overview of the emergence of the scout movement in Algeria \n•\tThe principles on which it is based and the objectives it seeks to achieve. \n•\tThe methods adopted and the means used to embody the outlined objectives\n•\tThe most important Programs and activities carried out within the framework of strengthening the spirit of citizenship and promoting the characteristics of the active citizen in the Algerian youth\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
