المستخلص: يعالج المقال العلاقة بين المشاريع السياحية ودورها في التنمية المستدامة بالمناطق الواحية خاصة واحتي أسرير وتغمرت التابعتين لإقليم كلميم بالجنوب المغربي، وذلك لمحاولة فهم العناصر الأساسية لهذه العلاقة وإبراز كيف يمكن لهذه المشاريع بالأساس المساهمة في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن العلاقة بين المشاريع السياحية وبين المظاهر التنموية تبرز على المستوى الاقتصادي، والاجتماعي والثقافي. كما وقفت على تحديد الاكراهات والعراقيل التي تقف دون المساهمة التنموية الحقيقية والتي تبرز بدورها في جوانب متعددة، وإذا كانت هذه الواحات قد شهدت تحولات تبرز بوضوح طبيعة التغيرات التي خضعت لها، غير أن هذه التحولات لم تشمل فقط المجتمع وبنياته، وإنما تجاوزته لتشمل الفضاء الخارجي حيث ستعرف الواحة حضور مؤسسات جديدة في وظائفها لم يكن بالإمكان أن تبرز لولا هذه المشاريع السياحية، وما ارتبط بها من تجهيزات ومشاريع أخرى اخترقت بكل مكوناتها وجعلت منها منطقة حيوية وذات أهمية كبرى بالنسبة للساكنة المحلية

The article deals with the relationship between tourism projects and their role in sustainable development in the surrounding areas, especially the two areas of Asrab and the two branches of the Kelmim region in southern Morocco, and that is in order to try to understand the basic elements of this relationship and to highlight how these projects can contribute to the achievement of sustainable development.
The study concluded that the relationship between tourism projects and developmental aspects emerges at the economic, social and cultural levels.
It also identified the constraints and obstacles that stand in the way of real development contribution, which in turn stand out in various aspects. While these oases have undergone transformations that clearly reflect the nature of the changes they have undergone, these transformations have not only covered society and its structures.
Rather they have surpassed it to include the outside space where the oasis will know the presence of new institutions in its functions that could not have emerged without these tourism projects, and the associated facilities and other projects that have penetrated with all its components and made it a vital region and of great importance for the local population
