|a هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى مساهمة المؤسسات الشبانية في تنمية قيم المواطنة لدى الشباب من وجهة نظر المربين، والتعرف إلى الفروق في مستوى المساهمة تبعاً لمتغيرات النوع الاجتماعي للمربي،والرتبة الوظيفية،والمستوى الدراسي.ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة صمم استبيان تضمن(18) بند، وجرى التحقق من صدقه وثباته. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (98)مربي ومربية،تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العرضية، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى دور المؤسسات الشبانية في تنمية قيم المواطنة كان مرتفعاً بصورة عامة وفي جميع الأبعاد. وأظهرت النتائج أيضا عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير النوع الاجتماعي، ولمتغيري الرتبة الوظيفية والمستوى الدراسي. وفي ضوء النتائج أوصى الباحث بمجموعة من التوصيات أبرزها أن تقوم إدارة المؤسسات الشبانية بالاهتمام بموضوع المواطنة ، والإيعاز للمربين بضرورة التركيز على الأنشطة التي تعمل على تعزيز المواطنة والوحدة الوطنية

|f This study aimed to identify the level of participation of youth institutions in the development of citizenship values among young people from the point of view of educators, and to identify the differences in the level of contribution according to the variables: the gender of the educator, the level of employment, and the academic level. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was designed that included 18 items, and its authenticity and consistency was verified.\nThe sample of the study consisted of (98) male and female educators who were selected in a random manner. The results of the study showed that the level of the role of youth institutions in the development of citizenship values was high in general and in all dimensions. The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences due to the gender variable, the functional grade and the academic level. In light of the findings, the researcher recommended a set of recommendations, most notably that the management of Youth institutions should pay attention to the issue of citizenship, and instruct educators to focus on activities that promote citizenship and national unity.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
