المستخلص: الإثار هبة من هبات الله سبحانه وتعالى للشعوب في شكل إنجازات إنسانية تعادل في أهميتها الخيرات الطبيعية والمعدنية، غير أنها تختلف عنها لأنها لا تحتاج إلى عملية استخلاص كالتعدين أو الصهر أو التكرير، بل هي معين سياحي جاهز لا ينضب وتزيد قيمته مع مرور الزمن ويحتاج فقط إلى صيانة، وحسن إدارة وتنظيم وعرض وتسويق فيؤتي أكله بدون تمويل كبير أو جهد اقتصادي ضخم. ومن ثم ينظر الكاتب للسياحة الإثارية بموضوعية وبمفهوم جديد على أساس أنها مقوم وطني يمكن توظيفه في بناء شخصية الأمة وتنمية حسها الوطني في نفوس الأجيال وبناء العلاقات المجتمعية التي ترسخ الوحدة الوطنية، وربط ذلك بغايات إنسانية سامية عن طريق الاتصال مع الأمم الأخرى. تناول الموضوع بمنهج جديد تطرق فيه إلى نشأة المؤسسات المعنية بالسياحة الإثارية وتطورها، والعقبات التي تقف أمام تقدمها والمخاطر والمهددات التي تؤدي إلى تخريبها وتدميرها طبيعية كانت هذه المهددات أو بشرية. واقترح بعض الحلول لحمايتها وتفعيلها، منها أن تتولى الدولة مسؤوليتها الكاملة تجاه الإثار وتوفر لها معينات التنمية والحماية، وأن يقوم المواطن بدور محوري في تنمية السياحة الإثارية وتشجيعها وكذلك المؤسسات الخاصة. وأن يكون للإعلام القدح المعلى في بث الوعي السياحي في مجال الإثار ونشر فوائده بين الناس. وأبانت الدراسة أنه قد آن الأوان لتوظيف السياحة الإثارية لتدر دخلا اقتصاديا معتبرا وترسخ المفاهيم الوطنية والثقافية والاجتماعية والتربوية في إطار القيم والموروثات الوطنية. إلى جانب التعرف على البيئة القديمة. ويمكن أن يتم ذلك إذا ما طبقت هذه المفاهيم الجديدة وفقا لمنهج علمي مدروس كما تم توضيحه في المقال.

The Monument is Allah Almighty’s gifts to the people in the form of human achievements equal in importance to natural and mineral goods, but they differ from them because they do not need a process of extraction such as mining, smelting or refining, but rather a ready-made tourist source that is inexhaustible and its value increase over time and it needs only maintenance, proper management, organization, presentation, and marketing. It pays off without significant financing or huge economic effort. Hence, the writer looks at archeological tourism objectively and in a new concept on the basis that it is a national component that can be used to build the nation’s character, develop its national sense in the hearts of generations, and build societal relationships that cement national unity, and link this to high humanitarian goals through contact with other nations. He addressed the topic with a new approach in which he discussed the emergence and development of institutions concerned with archaeological tourism, the obstacles to their progress, and the risks and threats that lead to sabotage and destruction, whether natural or human. He suggested some solutions for their protection and activation, including that the State should assume full responsibility of monuments and provide them with development and protection aids, and that the citizen should play a pivotal role in the development and promotion of archaeological tourism as well as private enterprises. The media should play the most significant role in raising awareness of tourism in the field of archaeology and spreading its benefits among people. The study showed that the time had come to employ archaeological tourism to generate significant economic income and to entrench national, cultural, social, and educational concepts within the framework of national values and legacies besides getting acquainted with the old environment. This can be done if these new concepts are applied according to a studied scientific approach, as explained in the article.
