|a تهدف هذه الورقة إلى بيان الفوارق الأساسية بين المقاومة المسلحة والإرهاب، وذلك في إطار بروز ظاهرة محاولة وصف بعض حركات المقاومة بالإرهاب، بهدف القضاء عليها وتشويه صورتها والحد من تأييدها على مستوى الرأي العام العالمي والمحلي، وقد ازدادت تلك المخاطر في السنوات الأخيرة، وذلك للتضييق في الحدود الفاصلة بين الإرهاب وحق المقاومة المسلحة، وبالتأكيد كانت إسرائيل المستفيد الأكبر من الخلط بين المفهومين، حيث استثمرته إسرائيل لضرب وتشويه صورة المقاومة الفلسطينية، كما قامت بتمييع نشاطها، وذلك باعتبار ما تقوم به هذه الأخيرة من عمليات في مواجهة المحتل الإسرائيلي عملا إرهابيا، مع أن القانون الدولي يعترف بشرعية أعمالها انطلاقا من حقها في تقرير مصيرها.
