تسعي الدراسة إلي التعرف علي المشكلات التي تواجه الأستاذ الجامعي في إدارة القاعة الدراسية بجامعة القضارف، لإجراءات الدراسة استخدام الباحث المنهج الوصفي كما استخدمت الاستبانة أداة لجمع المعلومات، والتي تم تطبيقها علي عينة قوامها (28) أستاذا جامعيا يقومون بتدريس طلاب القاعدة الأساسية الحاسبية، والانحرافات المعيارية، والدرجة التقديرية، واختبار (ت) لإيجاد العلاقة بين متغيرات الدراسة، ومحاورها المختلفة، توصلت الدراسة لأهم النتائج التالية: تواجه الأستاذ الجامعي مشكلات في إدارة القاعة الدراسية بالجامعة، مع طلاب القاعة الأساسية وفق محاورها الثلاث، وبدرجة تقديرية مرتفعة. كما أن هنالك مشكلات توجهه في إدارة القاعة الدراسية وفق محور إدارة الجامعة بدرجة تقديرية مرتفعة أما المشكلات التي تواجه الأستاذ الجامعي في إدارة القاعة الدراسية بالجامعة وفق محور الأستاذ نفسه جاءت بدرجة تقديرية متوسطة. كما توجد مشكلات تواجه الأستاذ الجامعي في إدارة القاعة الدراسية وفق محور الطالب الجامعي، بدرجة تقديرية مرتفعة على ضوء النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة أوصي الباحث بالآتي: ضرورة بناء قاعات دراسية تستوعب طلاب الجامعة وفق تخصصاتهم المختلفة، تعيين أساتذة من ذوي الكفاءة العلمية والمهنية بالقدر الذي يحقق أداء تدريسي يتصف بالجودة والفاعلية، وتفعيل الإشراف الأكاديمي لمعالجة المشكلات التي تواجه بعض الطلاب.
This research aims to define the problems face university lecturers in controlling study hall at university of Gedarif. to conduct the study the researcher adopted the descriptive analytical method. The questionnaire was used to collect data which is constituted of (28) university lecturers who are lectured the basic principal students, Analysis of a aforementioned questionnaire was done by using the statistical package for social sciences (SPSS). To count percentage, mean, standard deviation, and estimated degrees. T-test to find the relation between study variable and its different contents. The study showed that: University lecturers faced problems in controlling study hall at university with the basic principal student s according to its three axis at the highest estimated degree. There are problems faced university lecturers in controlling study hall at university s according to administration axis and administration of university, at the highest estimated degree. Problems faced university lecturers in controlling study hall according to axis of lecturer himself, at the medium estimated degree. There are problems faced university lecturers in controlling study hall at according to university students, at the highest estimated degree. In the light of results mentioned above, the research recommended the following: The necessity to construct available study hall to enroll university students due to their different specialist programme. The availability of appointing lecturers to achieve Teaching performance ha s a quality and competitive in preparation and teaching performance. Activating the role of academic supervision to overcome problems that faced some students. Appointing lecturers assistant to lecturers in controlling study hall with basic principal student s and to help student to acquire lectures .
