المستخلص: يعتبر الذكاء من أعظم النعم التي كرم الله بها الإنسان حيث منحه عقلا معجزا في ملكاته وإنجازاته، استطاع من خلاله أن يدرك نفسه ويدرك المجتمع الذي يعيش فيه ومن ثم كان عليه أن يتعامل مع أشياء وموضوعات كثيرة ذات طبيعة اجتماعية، ومن هنا كان لابد من نمو مجموعة من المهارات التي تساعد على إدراك علاقاته مع الآخرين والتعاطف معهم لزيادة كفاءة التفاعل الاجتماعي وهذا ما يحققه الذكاء الوجداني.
والذكاء الوجداني عبارة عن مجموعة من الصفات الشخصية والمهارات الاجتماعية والوجدانية التي تمكن الشخص من تفهم مشاعر وانفعالات الآخرين.
يهدف البحث إلى تقنين مقياس أجنبي للذكاء الوجداني عن طريق التحقق من معاملات صدقه وثباته على عينات من اللاعبين الرياضيين المصريين. استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوب المسحي بخطواته وإجراءاته نظرا لملائمته لطبيعة البحث، تم اختيار عينة عشوائية من اللاعبين الرياضيين خلال الموسم الرياضي 2012/2013 وبلغ حجم العينة 105 رياضي، تم ترجمة الصورة المصغرة لمقياس الذكاء الوجداني الذي صممه بار – أون. Bar-On, R. (2006) بعنوان مقياس الذكاء الوجداني Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQ-i): والذي يتكون من 60عبارة تمثل الخمسة عشر بعدا كل بعد يمثله أربع عبارات حيث تم ترجمة المقياس بمركز اللغة الإنجليزية بكلية الآداب جامعة كفر الشيخ، وقد اتبع الباحث الخطوات العلمية في تقنين المقياس.
تم حساب المعاملات العلمية للمقياس (الصدق - الثبات) حيث تم حساب الصدق عن طريق صدق المحكمين وصدق الاتساق الداخلي حيث وجد اتساقا بين كل عبارة والدرجة الكلية للبعد الذي تنتمي إليه العبارة حيث تراوح معامل الارتباط ما بين (0.235)، (0.766) كما وجد اتساقا بين درجة كل بعد والدرجة الكلية للمقياس وتراوح معامل الارتباط ما بين (0.258)، (0.696) مما يدل على أن المقياس يقيس ما وضع من أجله.
أما معامل الثبات فقد تم حسابه عن طريق إعادة تطبيق الاختبار وتراوح معامل الثبات للعبارات بين (0.569)، (0.956) أما معامل الثبات للأبعاد فقد تراوح بين (0.666)، (0.872)، كما تم حساب معامل الثبات باستخدام معامل ألفا كرونباخ وقد حصلت الأبعاد على درجة عالية من الثبات والاستقرار تراوحت ما بين (0.499)، (0.596)، مما يدل على أنه يمكن الاعتماد على المقياس المقترح كمقياس مقنن في البيئة المصرية للتعرف به على مستوي الذكاء الوجداني للرياضي.


Intelligence is considered one of the greatest blessings that Allah has honored man with as he granted him a miraculous mind in his talents and achievements, through which he was able to realize himself and realize the society in which he lives. Then he had to deal with many things and topics of a social nature. From here, it was necessary to develop some skills that help to realize his relationships with others and empathy with them to increase the efficiency of social interaction, and this is what emotional intelligence achieves.
Emotional intelligence is a set of personal qualities and social and emotional skills that enable a person to understand the feelings and emotions of others.
The research aims to codify a foreign measure of emotional intelligence by verifying its validity and reliability coefficients on samples of Egyptian athletes. The researcher used the descriptive approach in the survey method with its steps and procedures due to its suitability to the nature of the research. A random sample of athletes was selected during the 2012/2013 sports season, and the sample size was 105. The thumbnail of the Emotional Intelligence Scale designed by Bar-On is translated. Bar-On, R. (2006) entitled Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQ-i): which consists of 60 phrases representing the fifteen dimensions; four expressions represent each dimension. The researcher followed the scientific steps in codifying the scale.
The scientific treatments of the scale (validity- reliability ) were calculated, whereby validity was calculated by the validity of the arbitrators and the validity of internal consistency, as there was consistency between each statement and the total degree of the dimension to which the phrase belongs, where the correlation coefficient ranged between (0.235) and (0.766) and found consistency between the degree of each dimension and the total score of the scale, and the correlation coefficient ranged between (0.258) and (0.696), indicating that the scale measures what it was designed for.
As for the reliability coefficient, it was calculated by re-applying the test, and the reliability coefficient for the expressions ranged between (0.569) and (0.956). The reliability coefficient for the dimensions ranged between (0.666) and (0.872). The reliability coefficient was also calculated using the factor of Cronbach's alpha. Dimensions obtained a high degree of reliability and stability ranged between (0.499) and (0.596), indicating that the proposed scale can be relied upon as a standard scale in the Egyptian environment to identify it on the level of emotional intelligence of the athlete.
