المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الوقوف على أسباب الفجوة بين نتائج اختبار الطالبات في الثانوية العامة وبين نتائج اختبار القدرات العامة والتحصيلي من وجهة نظر (الطالبات - المعلمات - المديرات - المشرفات التربويات) وبشكل أكتز تحديدا افقد هدفت الدراسة الإجابة عن الأسئلة التالية: ما أسباب الفجوة بين نتائج اختبارات الثانوية العامة ونتائج اختبارات القدرات والتحصيلي من وجهة نظر الطالبات والمعلمات والمديرات والمشرفات التربويات وماهي الحلول المقترحة لتقليص الفجوة ؟ ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة فقد قامت الباحثة بإعداد (3) استبانات وتم التحقق من صدقها وثباتها، وتكونت سكينة الدراسة من (72) طالبة من طالبات الصف الثالث الثانوي والثاني الثانوي بقسميه العلمي والأدبي ومعلمات ومديرات ومشرفات تربويات وتم اختيار عينة الدراسة بطريقة عشوائية من المدارس التابعة لإدارة التعليم بمنطقة الرياض، وتم التوصل إلى النتائج باستخدام الحزم الإحصائية في العلوم الاجتماعية حيث تم حساب المتوسطات الحسابية والتكرارات والنسب المئوية والانحراف المعياري للبيانات. فقد أشارت النتائج بأن أسباب الفجوة فيما يتعلق بالطالبات مرتبة حسب الأهمية على النحو التالي: عدم الإلمام بالمهارات الحسابية في المقررات الدراسية يؤدي إلى الإخفاق في الاختبارات و تؤدي رهبة الاختبارات إلى الإخفاق في الأداء وعدم معرفة آليات للتخمين في الاختبارات التي قد يكون لها دور كبير في رفع مستوى الطالبات. أما فيما يتعلق بالمعلمات فقد أشارت النتائج إلى أن أسباب الفجوة تعود إلى ارتفاع نصاب المعلمة من الحصص يعيق مساهمة المعلمة في تدريب الطالبات ورفع مستواهن وعدم إجراء اختبارات تجريبية دورية للطالبات خلال العام للتدريب على اختبارات القدرات و عدم إجراء اختبارات تجريبية دورية للطالبات خلال العام للتدريب على اختبارات التحصيلي. أما الأسباب من وجهة نظر المشرفات التربويات ومديرات المدارس .فقد أشارت النتائج إلى عدم عقد لقاءات تربوية للمعلمات تختص بأهمية تنمية التفكير العلمي وتعميق روح البحث والتجريب للطالبات و عدم عقد ورش عمل بين المعلمات تهدف إلى تنمية قدرات الطالبات واستعدادهن الكافي لصقلها وتفعيلها وعدم وجود منسقة في المدرسة لمساعدة الطالبة للتسجيل في موقع قياس). كما تم تقديم مجموعة من الحلول المقترحة من وجهة نظر الباحثة لتقليص الفجوة وكان من أبرزها ضرورة تقديم برامج تهيئة (التهيئة لدخول الطالبات للاختبار وكسر حاجز الرهبة - خاص لطالبات الصف الثاني الثانوي بقسمية العلمي والأدبي) ضمن خطة ادارة التدريب التربوي وخطط مكاتب التعليم والمدارس التابعة لها و استقطاب مدربين مختصين بالقياس والتقويم من قبل إدارة التذهيب التربوي لتصميم حقائب تدريبية محكمة تختص بالمهارات العقلية المطروحة في اختبار القدرات العامة وتدريب معلمات ومشرفات جميع المدارس عن اختبار القدرات العامة بجزئية الكمي واللفظي وترويد المدارس بمواقع الكترونية خاصة بالاختبارات التجريبية للقدرات والتحصيلي والتنسيق معها بضرورة وضع منسقات في المدارس و وضع خطة شاملة ومستمرة طوال العام ويدرج فيها ما تم تنفيذه بالمدارس والأشراف عليها وتخصيص حصص وبمسميات تختص بالقدرات لأثارة دافعية الطالبات. وتوصي الباحثة بزيادة نسبة الخدمات التدريبية لتأهيل المعلمات لهذا النوع من الاختبارات المقدمة من قبل ادارة التدريب التربوي والوحدات التدريبية التابعة لها والإشراف الدقيق على أسئلة الاختبارات المعدة من قبل المعلمات في المقررات الدراسية والحرص على بنائها وفق جدول المواصفات وأجراء دراسات تحليلية للأسئلة التقويمية المطروحة في الكتب المدرسية لمعرفة مدى مواءمتها لأسئلة القدرات العامة والتحصيلي وتقليل نصاب المعلمات بما يسمح بقيامها بأنشطة خاصة تنمى قدرات ومهارات الطالبات وتخصيص حصص بالجدول المدرسي خاص بالتدريب على القدرات والتحصيلي وزيادة تفعيل الدور الإعلامي لتهنئة أولياء الأمور وتوعيتهم بأهمية هذه الاختبارات.

This Current Study aimed to stand on the reasons of the gap between results of female students test in high school and results of general aptitude and achievement tests from point of view of (students, teachers, managers, supervisors) and more specifically the study aimed to answer the following questions: What are the reasons of the gap between results of female students test in high school and results of general aptitude and achievement tests from point of view of students, teachers, managers, supervisors? and what are the suggested solution for reduction the gap? To achieve the goals of the study, the researcher has prepared 3 questionnaires that have been verified according to their truth and stability, and the study sample has been formed from 72 female students of the 2nd and the 3rd grades of high school from both division scientific and literature, teacher, manager and supervisor, and the study sample has been selected randomly from schools related to education management of Riyadh region. The results were reached by statistical packages in social science where averages, repetitions, percentages and standard deviation for data has been calculated. The results indicated that the reasons of the gap according to students are arranged by importance as the following: Unfamiliarity of mathematical skills in school courses leads to failure in exams, exams dreads leads to failure in exams and lack of knowledge of guessing mechanisms in exams that may have big role to rise students level. According to teachers, results indicated that the reasons of the gap are rise of teacher share in classes which impedes teachers contribution in students training and rise their level and lack of performing trial periodic of general aptitude and achievement exams for students during the year. According to supervisors and managers, results indicated that the reasons are the lack of educational meetings for teachers specialize to importance of development of scientific thinking and deepen the spirit of research and experimentation to students, lack of workshops between teachers aim to develop students capabilities and making them ready enough for refine and activation and lack of coordinator in school to help students in registration in Qeyas website. A group of suggested solutions was presented from researcher point of view for reduction of the gap, one of the prominent solution is introducing preparation programs (preparation to enter exams and breaking dread barrier, especially for students of the 2nd and the 3rd grades of high school from both division scientific and literature) included in educational training plan, and plans of educational offices and related schools, and attract special trainers for measurement & evaluation from educational training management to design judged training cases specialized of mental skills casted in general aptitude test and training teachers and supervisors of all schools about general aptitude test for both parts quantitative and verbal, and providing schools by special websites for trial general aptitude and achievement exams, and employing coordinators in schools, and creation of constant master plan includes what have been done in schools and applying supervision. The researcher recommends increasing training services of preparation of teachers for those kind of tests presented from educational training management and related training units, and precise supervision on exam questions prepared from teachers in school courses, and taking care while building according to specification table and performing analytical studies for evaluative questions raised in school books to know the range of harmonization for general aptitude and achievement test questions, and decreasing teachers share in classes that allow them to perform special activities that develop the capabilities and skills of students, and activation of media role for preparation and awareness of guardians of importance of these tests.
