|a يهدف البحث إلى تحديد متطلبات اختيار القادة الرياضيين بالهيئة العامة لشباب والرياضة بدولة الكويت، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي على عينة عشوائية من العاملين بالهيئة العامة للشباب والرياضة بدولة الكويت، وقد بلغ إجمالي العينة الأساسية (200) فردا، وقد استخدمت الباحثة استبيان متطلبات اختيار القادة الرياضيين بالمؤسسات الرياضية بدولة الكويت (مرفق) كأداة لجمع البيانات المصمم من قبل عبدالله عيد الغصاب وآخرون، وتوصلت الباحثة إلى أهم المتطلبات التي يجب توافرها عند اختيار القادة الرياضيين بالهيئة العامة لشباب والرياضة بدولة الكويت، توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا على محاور الاستبيان في كل من (مهارات إدارة الأزمات) بين عينة الإدارة العليا والتنفيذية ولصالح الإدارة العليا كما توجد فروق بين الإدارة الوسطي والتنفيذية ولصالح الوسطي، كما توجد فروق في (مهارات الاتصال) بين الإدارة العليا والوسطي ولصالح الوسطي والوسطي والتنفيذية ولصالح الوسطي، كما توجد فروق في (مهارات إدارة الوقت) بين الإدارة العليا والتنفيذية ولصالح العليا، كما توجد فروق في (مهارات إدارة التغيير) بين العليا والتنفيذية ولصالح العليا وكذلك الوسطي والتنفيذية ولصالح الوسطي.

|f The research aims to identify the requirements of choosing the sports leaders in the Public Authority for Youth and Sports in Kuwait. The study used the descriptive curriculum on a random sample of the Public Authority for Youth and Sports employees in Kuwait. The volume of the total core sample reached 200 persons. The researcher used a questionnaire for selecting sports leaders in Kuwait's sports institutions (attached) as a data collection tool designed by Abdullah Eid Al-Ghasab and others. The researcher reached the most important requirements that must be met when selecting sports leaders in the Public Authority for Youth and Sports in Kuwait. There are statistically significant differences in the questionnaire's themes in both (crisis management skills) between the senior and executive management sample and in favor of senior management. There are also differences between mid-level and executive management and in favor of mid-level management. There are also differences in (communication skills) between senior and mid-level management and in favor of mid-level management as well as differences in mid-level and executive management and in favor of mid-level management.
