المستخلص: تقدم الورقة رؤية شاملة وكاملة للحياة والكون من خلال منهج الإسلام القائم علي مفاهيم العبادة لله تعالي بحسبان أن الأصل والغرض من خلق الإنسان هو العبادة لله وحده وينطلق تصميم رؤية الشاملة للحياة في الدنيا وما يتشكل من بعد ذلك وفق بعد متجدد ومتواصل ليعبر بوضوع أن الإنسان هو أفضل الخلق في الكون لذلك رشح منذ الأزل ليصبح خليفة لله تعالي وسخر له السموات والأرض والأنهار ويرتبط مفهوم العبادة لله تعالي بمفهوم إعمار الأرض وإصلاحها بحسبان أن الأمر للبشر هو تحقيق الحياة في الدنيا وفق مرضاة الله تعالي
ويبرز مفهوم التنمية الاقتصادية في الإسلام، وفق مصطلح "العمارة" فهو معني أوسع من مصطلح (التنمية) في الاقتصاد الوضعي، انطلاقا من قوله تعالي: (هُوَ أَنشَأَكُم مِّنَ الأَرْضِ واسْتَعْمَرَكُمْ فِيهَا فَاسْتَغْفِرُوهُ ثُمَّ تُوبُوا إلَيْهِ إنَّ رَبِّي قَرِيبٌ مُّجِيبٌ). أي جعلكم عمارها، وسكانها وأمركم بعمارة ما تحتاجونه من مساكن وزراعة وصناعة وغير ذلك، ومن ثم وضح أن مصطلح العمارة بأنه أشمل من التنمية فتجاوز المفهوم الإسلامي كافة المفاهيم الغربية الوضعية في الرأسمالية والاشتراكية علي حد سواء.
لذلك نجد أن الإسلام حدد منذ البد إستراتيجية شاملة للبناء والإعداد ووضع الزكاة في مكانة أساسية بحسبان أنها أحد أركان الإسلام فتعد الزكاة منهج مباشر لعلاج معدلات الفقر وفق مفهوم إجتماعي متجدد فهي كعبادة هادفة لتطهير الفرد وكسلوك إجتماعي يحقق مفاهيم التكافل الاجتماعي ثم جاءت الأوقاف لتكون بناء تنموي متجدد.
وأهداف الورقة تتركز علي إمكانية صياغة إسلامية شاملة وفق المعرفة والعلم للحياة الدنيا لقضايا التنمية المعاصرة.
وتنبع أهمية البحث بأنه يثير قضية محورية وأساسية للحياة والكون تحتاج باستمرار للإحياء والتفعيل والمتابعة
وتتركز مشكلة البحث في كيفية صياغة إسلامية للحياة المعاصرة أمام التحديات والمتغيرات
ويتبع البحث منهج الاستقراء والتحليل
(المعرفة، التنمية، المستدامة، الإعمار، التسخير، العبادة، العولمة)

The paper presents a comprehensive and complete view of life and the universe through the approach of Islam based on the concepts of worship of God, may He be exalted, taking into account that the origin and purpose of human creation is to worship God alone and the design of a comprehensive vision of life in the world and what is formed after that according to a renewed and continuous dimension to express clearly that man is the best creation in the universe. Therefore, he has been nominated since eternity to become the successor of God Almighty. He has brought under his domination the heavens, earth, and rivers. The concept of worship for God is linked to the concept of the reconstruction and reform of the earth, given that the matter is for humans to achieve life in this world according to how Allah the Almighty pleases. The concept of economic development in Islam, according to the term “building”, is a broader meaning than the term “development” in a positive economy, based on what Allah may He be exalted says: (It is He Who hath produced you from the earth and settled you therein: then ask forgiveness of Him, and turn to Him (in repentance): for my Lord is (always) near, ready to answer.") It means, he made you the builder of it, and its residents, and ordered you to build what you need, such as housing, agriculture, industry and so on. Hence, it became clear that the term "building" was more comprehensive than development, and the Islamic concept went beyond all Western and positional concepts in capitalism and socialism alike. Therefore, we find that Islam has defined since the beginning, a comprehensive strategy for building and preparing and placing zakat in a fundamental position, given that it is one of the pillars of Islam. Zakat is considered a direct approach to treating poverty rates according to a renewed social concept. It is a devoutness aimed at purifying the individual and as a social behaviour that achieves the concepts of social solidarity. Then Waqf came to be a renewed development building.
The objectives of the paper focus on the possibility of a comprehensive Islamic formulation based on the knowledge and science of life for contemporary development issues.
The importance of research stems from the fact that it raises a central and fundamental issue for life and the universe that needs to be revived, activated and followed up.
The problem of research focuses on how to shape Islamic contemporary life in the face of challenges and changes.
The research follows the method of extrapolation and analysis.
