استهدف البحث التعرف على معوقات التدريب الإلكتروني في تدريب التعليم العام أثناء الخدمة والمتعلقة بكل من المعلمة والمشرفة التربوية والجوانب المالية والإدارية والجوانب الفنية. والكشف عن دلالة الفروق في تقدير أفراد عينة الدراسة لمعوقات استخدام التدريب الإلكتروني في تدريب معلمات التعليم العام أثناء الخدمة. تبعا لاختلاف متغيرات الدراسة والمتمثلة في التدرج الوظيفي المؤهل العلمي التخصص عدد سنوات الخبرة والإلمام بالحاسب الآلي. واعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي. وتمثلت مجموعة البحث في عينة من المشرفات التربويات في الإدارة العامة للتربية والتعليم بمحافظة الإحساء في المملكة العربية السعودية. وبلغ عددهن 387 مشرفة تربوية. وتمثلت أداة البحث في إعداد استبانة. وأشارت نتائج البحث إلى أن أهم المعوقات التي تحد من فاعلية استخدام التدريب الإلكتروني عدم وضوح أهمية التدريب الإلكتروني للرئيس المباشر للمتدرب. وتفضيل الدورات التدريبية التقليدية وضعف الحوافز للانخراط في دورات التدريب الإلكتروني. كما أكدت على عدو وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات عينة الدراسة على معوقات استخدام التدريب الإلكتروني في تدريب معلمات التعليم العام أثناء الخدمة تعود إلى اختلاف المتغيرات التالية التدرج الوظيفي المؤهل العلمي عدد سنوات الخبرة ودرجة الإلمام بالحاسب الآلي. وانه توجد فروق ذات دلالة ترجع إلى اختلاف متغير التخصص. وقدم البحث مجموعة توصيات أهمها إنشاء مراكز للتدريب وتصميم مواقع متخصصة لذلك في وزارة التربية والتعليم للاستفادة منه في التنمية المهنية للمعلمين والمعلمات وفق متطلبات المرحلة المقبلة. وضرورة إعادة النظر في البيئة التعليمية بجميع إدارات التربية والتعليم في المملكة لتواكب متطلبات التدريب الإلكتروني. وتزويد إدارات التربية والتعليم وجميع مدارس التعليم العام بالتجهيزات والبرامج اللازمة للاتصال بالإنترنت. والاهتمام بإنتاج برامج تدريبية تفاعلية وفق المعايير التربوية والفنية الحديثة.كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018
The aim of the research was to identify the obstacles of electronic training in the general education training in the service of the teacher and educational supervisor, financial and administrative aspects and technical aspects. Moreover, it revealed the significance of differences in the assessment of the study sample members of the obstacles to the use of electronic training in the training of teachers of general education during service depending on the different variables of the study represented in the hierarchy of scientific qualification specialization, number of years of experience and knowledge of the computer. Therefore, the research was based on a descriptive approach, and the research group consisted of a sample of educational supervisors in the general administration of education in Al Ahsa governorate in Saudi Arabia. That they numbered reached to 387 educational supervisors. The research tool was the preparation of a questionnaire, and the results of the research indicated that the most important obstacles that limit the effectiveness of the use of e-training is the lack of clarity of the importance of e-training for the direct leader to the trainee preferring traditional training courses and poor incentives to be engaged in electronic training courses. The researcher also confirmed the existence of statistically significant differences between the responses of the study sample on the obstacles of using the electronic training in the training of teachers of general education during the service due to the following variables of different degrees of qualification, the number of years of experience and the degree of computer knowledge, and that there are significant differences due to the difference in specialization variable. In addition, the research presented a set of recommendations, the most important of which is the establishment of specialized training centers and sites in the Ministry of Education to benefit from the professional development of teachers and teachers according to the requirements of the next stage. Also , it is necessary to review the educational environment in all departments of education in the Kingdom to keep up with the requirements of electronic training.
